Campanile Poznan

The staff were so friendly, especially the lovely lady on reception. The breakfast on 26th December was superb: I had a delicious omelette and pancakes. The room was clean and quiet and the shower lovely and warm. We were allowed some extra time to check out after breakfast, too.

The hotel needs to put a note on its website that its restaurant is not open on Christmas Day. If I hadn't specifically asked before our stay we would have been fooled by the website text about the hotel into thinking it is. As it was, the hotel gave some advice about restaurants in Poznan and, because we had a car, we were able to drive into the city and have a nice neal there.

Traveled with family and small dog. For our pet they gave a small gift: a toy and snacks. Rooms are clean. In the rooms has water, coffee, tea and electric kettle. I liked that near the hotel there is a park, a store and a shopping center with McDonald's.

It was strange that you have to pay extra money a car to parkering your car near hotel. The parking lot is not fenced off, is on the street under the open sky. The security camera was not noticed there, although the hotel is right next to the forest-park. In the shower, the floor was very slippery. When drops of water hit on the floor, me and my husband almost fell several times. It is dangerous for the elderly and children!

Likes: Nice clean room, friendly staff.

Dislikes: 1. On google listing for this hotel, it shows that this hotel offers free parking, but it does not (I just double checked this on google again to be sure). On booking.com it does show that parking is paid. It's probably just an oversight. But many people like me, do all the basic research on google, so it will be great if this info can be fixed. 2. An exhaust fan in the hotel bathroom would be useful. Also a shower curtain or something to make sure the water doesn't spill out of the bathroom area. Note that, this is a very minor concern for me. I am mentioning this more as "areas of improvements".

Hotel located fairly close to the airport, easily accessible by car. Lovely warm, clean hotel with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Staff were super helpful and friendly. We had a late check out with no extra charge as the rooms were not being occupied. We put in individual breakfast requests which were cooked freshly. The receptionist provided tips on what to see in Poznań. All staff very smiley and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend. Great value for money and hope to be back next year.

I guess the price was ok. also bed was comfortable apart from the pillow which was unlike anything I’ve seen previously in hotels, flat and quite hard.

The temperature in the shower fluctuated from warm (which is what I think I set it for) to super hot. paid parking. Location wasn’t too great which we knew thus, it would have been nice not to pay for the parking at least. We were able to park in a residential area behind the hotel. the whole facility and room itself felt really dated, especially carpet and the bathroom. if you’re after a view look further.

Only slight moan is not being able to open the bedroom window fully due to health and safety such a shame not being able to fully appreciate the forest air

The hotel is just 10 minutes from the airport. A comfortable walk and you are already at the tram or bus station, from where you can reach everything. The hotel has a perfect, varied breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean. A dynamic and skilled team works. I can only say good things. I recommend it to anyone.

friendly staff and housekeepers, quick to respond to any requests, ie refills at breakfast and extra clean towels etc. Staff mostly had a smile on their faces.

Some of the facilities are looking a bit tired and worn, could do with a bit of paint and an update.

I liked this place. It is not very centric, located on the road at the end of Poznan, but it makes it a quiet and ideal place to have a good sleep forgetting about the city. The staff was very lovely, and when I overstayed the check-out time a little, they allowed me to grab my bags.

Nothing special. The A/C is a bit old, but does the job.

Restaurant being closed which has now been reopened the only slight criticism I have is not being able to open the windows fully to let in the lovely forest air appreciate the health and safety aspect but the landing window could be opened fully
