Was really good , really friendly staff. We are staying there for second time and didn’t regret that we choose this place. Perfect location close to everything what we needed at the day Pet friendly and that’s big YES YES YES Definitely will return

Breakfast was great but not as good as first time, but this is not complain I still love breakfast in this hotel. Bathroom I didn’t like almost slipped there, not comfortable better put showers there. After shower in bath water is all over place so I personally prefer shower. Soap too high for bath and too high for kids, they could not reach. Same applies to soap dispenser beside sink. But still this is just mine observation hotel is 100% perfect One thing what annoyed was that parking is expensive I mean in car park across the road in shopping center car park is cheaper then in hotel, you can pay for parking in hotel but that’s still more expensive if you pay at shopping center.

The staff is lying to me because I was ask the hotel to reserve a taxi for us from airport to hotel and return next day I was send to them the time and flight no and they said is done for you and the price each way 50 polish money The taxi came after 40 min after we waiting outside of the airport And they book for me small taxi no good for 5 bags and 1 baby buggy and 4 passengers I was told them I need big car After I put the buggy on my kids legs and some of the bags on our legs We go to hotel the driver ask me for 80 polish money not 50 And the return they bring for me 2 taxi and charge me 120 polish money not 50 I can’t talk because I have the children’s

Ibis Hotel exceeded my ecxpectations. I arrived with my daughter to bring her in the morning to the language camp. Since the very beginning the staff was amazingly and unassumingly helpful. Great young people. The receptionist women, the breakfast gentlemen and ladies, cleaning ladies, the lady at the evening bar. The hotel is spotless clean. I often stay at IBIS hotels at numerous locations in Europe not to exceed the costs but to focus on business and I may honestly say that the staff at this hotel gave me priority experience and it truly deserves best of appreciation from whoever manages them. I would love to have these people at my company. Truly. So, if you are their manager... take good care of them.

There should be some more efficient road signs about how to get to the parking underground place.

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, with a beautiful mall located across the street and the main square just a few minutes' walk away. I was also fortunate to have secured a room with a stunning main street view, which offered an immersive experience of the city's buzzing trams, rushing vehicles, and lively atmosphere.

Although the hotel was quite large, there was limited parking available for guests. While I was fortunate enough to secure a spot upon my arrival, it was disappointing to find that the lot was full by the end of the day, which may be an issue for guests with later arrivals.

Centrally located it is easy to get to on foot from the train station. It is also only a few minutes from a really good area for shopping and eating. I also really enjoyed having a bathtub.

It is not a quiet hotel. There are always events going on and rowdy guests. Last time I stayed here there was a group of ladies in a room adjacent to mine (up, down, left or right who knows) that was having a grand time laughing and shrieking all night until almost 4 am. The voices sounded like they were directly in my room as they carried through the air vents. I was really disappointed in the lack of good sleep this caused.

Lovely location literally opposite a big shopping centre. Easy access to taxi’s bus stops & train station. Breakfast was served as a buffet but the variety was huge and it was adjusted to different cultures too eg by having milk next to tea. Food was labelled in both Polish & english which is nice. Warm fresh pancakes & waffles served. Good coffee & juice selection. Plenty for little children to choose from food wise (even baby jars) and a mini play area by reception too. very clean spacious room & bathroom. Staff was friendly too we were very pleased

I couldn’t get a travel cot for my baby which was a shame but a sofa bed was made & ready for us to use as an alternative. Towels were stained

Friendly staff, fair price and nice location (right between the central railway station and old town).

Room door doesn't open / close very well, need to use more force or wiggle it back and forth for the lock to work properly. Hairdryer is pretty poor. Sink is not very clean. Water in sink doesn't flush very well. Water pressure in shower could be better. Water spills through the glass in the shower.

Great location, convenient for both tourism and business. Nice, clean and spacious rooms. A very pleasant stay in general. Beds are rather soft, which may be an issue for some.

There are a few issues that need to be addressed which are not very important but may be quite annoying: - there are very few parking spots available at the site, so take it into consideration if you plan to go by car (cost for guests is 60 pln/day), - the TV in the room was basically not working - the image was "crushed" most of the time, there were only a few polish programmes, some basic programmes were somehow broken (programmes scrambled), - there can be quite a queue at the reception desk around the time of check-in - the hair-dryer available in the bathroom works rather poorly; if you have long hair that needs drying, it is better to take your own hair-dryer;

The staff is very welcoming, they speak English well, the room was equipped with a kettle, bottles of water and tea/coffee (which is useful), wifi worked well, the room was clean, the bed was quite comfy. The location is perfect and central.

Noise level is high (you'll probably hear neighbors if they speak loudly or cars on streets), there is only one gel used as a shampoo, soap, shower gel (consider bringing own toiletries). No fridge in the room.

Amazing fancy breakfast! Best breakfast we’ve had in Poland in any hotel. Clean. Staff was friendly and let us check in an hour early. Across the street from the mall. Took only 30 min to train station and 15 min to old town.

We were in the 5th floor but heard so much noise, trams and traffic going by all night. The hotel isn’t a 4 star hotel, more like 3 star. Room was small although it fit us with two kids.
