great location, cool building, amazing value for 2 bedroom

stayed 4 nights and no one cleaned, lots of small bugs everywhere, the room was clean but looked like it hadn’t had a deep clean in…ever…shower drain was clogged

Quiet location, clean and spacious room, hot water, good wifi. Complimentary water available. Nice pizzeria in the neighbourhood. Overall good value for money.

Aircon works a bit too loud.

Location is superb, good value for money. Wi-Fi is reliable as well. Staffs are very helpful. Recommended for solo traveller since it is located near town's attraction. The hotel itself has the vibe of being rustic style which I think adds the thrill whenever I walk in and out of place.

A bigger tv screen would be good. Sink, toilet bowl, shower are all connected without any separation to each other. Finger got cut when turning the flush, so watch out since the place and furniture a little bit old.. Door knob is old as well.

The room was big and spacious with a lot of space to store i.e. clothes. Check-in went smoothly and the staff was friendly. The bathroom was fine and the balcony was a nice touch. We could reach everything by foot and the airport was just 10 mins away.

Unfortunately, there were many little ants in our room and got into our luggage and everywhere. It didn't bother us that much but still, it was a bit annoying. The common room/restaurant area at the top of the building was closed.

Absolutely a GEM accommodation! Reception is always available as it’s a family business, staff are very friendly, helpful, accommodating! This location is perfect for what I’m looking for as looking for a place nearest to Plaza Cuartel with greenaries and Main Street, which is just 2-3mims walk. Baywalk Park and old market is just 10 mins walk, SM City mall is about 15 to 20 mins walk. The room is spacious, AC, hot shower and an amazing Seaview! Highly recommended!

The location and facilities were good. The one- bedroom suite is good if you're travelling in a group of 4. The room was clean. Nice staff 👍

I had a hard time contacting them prior to our stay. Nobody is answering their landline and mobile no. I was only able to contact them when we're already in PPS.

Nice big clean Room. Even the shower was working perfectly. Very nice host and perfect working WLAN in all areas. The place was really okay but not a top location. Most sightseeing attractions can be reached by foot in some minutes. Roof top restaurant only provides all day good breakfast and drinks. No lunch and dinner type of food. But around are restaurants that can be reached by foot.

the plugs don't work , either you need an adapter or to create an environement for your chargers to not fall down the AC is very loud, and there is no controler for it upstairs kitchen doesn't look clean

The owner was super nice: talkative and super helpful of things I needed or asked about the area. Small but very nice thing was free hot/cold drinking water + cup/glasses on the hall way: can make own coffee/noodles.

Here as most places in the Philippines have only bed sheet as blanket, and I prefer to have real blanket.

The hotel is really cheap and clean! Stuff is really friendly and helpful. Also there is hot and cold drinkable water, cups and glasses at each floor. Downstairs by the reception is small fridge that you can use. Each room have balcony that have space to hang wet clothes. One of the best experience I had in Palawan!
