Costa Palawan Resort

The place was nothing like the pictures. It was overwhelming. We loved the seaview, the two huge pools, the billiards and the restaurant. Amazing food! What a way to wrap up our trip! Excellent stay, the staff did everything they could to make up for their shortcomings. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you to the kitchen staff, the front desk staff, housekeeping, and the management. They were very accommodating. The food was to die for. Their boodle fight bundle was the best we had in our lifetime. No kidding.

Took time to check-in.

Although a little far away from the town of Puerto Princesa, the hotel is located just at the beach (beach not so good for swimming). The scenic views afforded are great. The rooms were well done up, clean and large enough. Very courteous and helpful staff. The pool, restaurant and the surrounding areas are done up very well and neat.

Nothing really

All of the staff are really accomodating. Foods are really good and all of the facilities are really clean and tidy! Glad that we stayed here!

The only thing that I dont like is that we didn't enjoy the beach because it's always low tide. Tho the resort is not at fault here because of course they cannot control the sea. I still love costa palawan resort and probably be back here next year.

It's worth paying extra for a pool access room. Resort is also good for giving me the best room.

It would be nice if thw owner has a budget for maintenance. It would be sad to see the place deteriorate. It's normal wear and tear but a basic regular maintenance does go a long way in the upkeep of resort

Restaurant and staff were fantastic. Food well presented and not too expensive. All the staff in the restaurant were so helpful.

Not enough tea and coffee in the room. Sometime none at all because they forgot. Had family visit me and no discount for use of the pool. They charged me 200 peso per person to swim. I payed enough for the room at 3500 per night.

The best part of our stay was the staff. They are extremely nice, polite, friendly and respectful. They made all the difference for our happy stay

Pool was a bit dirty at times but once requested, it was cleaned immediately

i like that i got the privelige of an upgrade. i think we got the biggest room for a low price. the place is big you will surely sweat once you tour around from ground floor up the roof top / 5th or 6th flr? and the ground area..i like the cleanliness of the place and the luxury of the room :) superb

I don't know what i can't like about the place. perhaps the sea--- its low tide in the morning and high tide in the evening. the beach is not much good for swimming maybe if there is kayak activity its much more appreciated.

I like that the pool is right outside our door.

We had not so good experience in the restaurant. The service is really slow. A lot of guests were complaining already. Also, when our food finally arrived, it was way too salty. I told the serving staff about it and he apologized

The rooms and staff were great

The shower wasn’t cleaned properly And the spa didn’t have shower facilities and you were expected to go quite a way past restaurant guest half naked to shower after a scrub

Nice and relaxing and Peter the waiter was absolutely fantastic can't thank him enough

The beach wasn't upto standard, I wouldn't go swimming in the sea here and no Netflix
