The Heritage Hotel Manila

Everything went smoothly and though very tired we got checked in and settled in our room and a wonderful hot shower!!! The next day, we really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service over to the Mall of Asia so we could do some shopping and sightseeing. And they arrange the return trip as well. Food in the restaurant both for dinner, and the buffet breakfast was really good.

I prefer to take my own suitcase up to my room, not just drop it off and wait for them to deliver it upstairs. As we were travelling domestically and the suitcases weren't locked, I just don't feel comfortable sending my suitcase off somewhere without me. I'm NOT saying they can't be trusted, just my own comfort level. Also, geez.... the room was ICE COLD when we arrived. Yes it's very hot outside but that doesn't mean we want our room as cold as a meat locker. We actually had to turn the A/C down and wait for the room to warm up to a comfortable level.

The front desk staff was so helpful and very tentative. We got upgraded for no extra charge. I also like the old fashion surroundings like stepping back in 40’s old movies with the era furniture and the live jazz at night by the piano bar. The only charges was the spa pedicure at the basement it’s like little mart there and there’s a clinic also, small chats with the girls while I have a foot spa pedicure and my daughter next room having hilot massage was all great service. Also special thanks to Kuya Arnold by the pool he was more tentative and assertive and very friendly he knows customer service and provided it well Kuya thanks for a good chat! Security and safety is a must thanks again❤️ The ladies at the diner are friendly and hospitable thank you and the chef for my special Heritage Lomi! Keep up the good work guys god bless! Anne A. No guards to meet us at the front entrance to help with suitcases maybe it was just a one off. The front entrance should be manned at all times without fail. For security reason!

There are quite many kinds of dishes for the breakfast. All staffs are well educated and considerate. When I wanted to print my documents, the front staff willingly transacted it for me. This hotel is very big and feel me coziness. This hotel location is very convenient because it is very near from the Manila airport and Mall of Asia which are bigest mall in Philippine, stiil there are nice buildings next from this hotel building, within 10 minutes walk. Still, their lobby lounge is so wide and sometimes we can listen to the Piano play. anyway, I could enjoy my staying by kind support . I appreciate front staff and Angie and Me-Ann .

Room making time was quite late because of check-ou time is late. So, serial stay guest room should be condsidered early room making by system.

Breakfast was great, big selection even of hot stuff, which could go as a good lunch. Room are clean, big and quiet. The Heritage Hotel is just 15 min taxi ride from the airport. there is an ATM machine in the second floor of the hotel. You can undisturbed withdraw cash, small notes, up to 10000 php, fee is 250php. Personal is very helpfull with taxi arrangements for airport(uber for 935php) Don´t n miss the Taipei Massage and Spa, just around the corner,(google maps!), with extraordinary massage service for stressed legs, with aroma oil and hot towels. Food options are Taiwnese style, perfect place, 24hr open 7 days.

Everytime we go back home to the Philippines, we normally look for a hotel near NAIA a night before our flight. I discovered the Heritage hotel last May and stayed there for the night. I enjoyed my stay there so the last trip i had with my family, i let them stay also in Heritage to see how beautiful the hotel is. And true enough, they also enjoyed. The hotel is very nicely located. A few mins away from the SM Mall of Asia and just across the street is the DD mall, where it also have banks, groceries and restaurants. Also, it is located in EDSA. So the public transportation is not a problem. The room is very nice, spacious, well lit and very comfortable. We stayed in a Club room King and it has a living room. The bathroom is also big, 2 people can bath at the same time; one in the shower and the other in the bath tub. The staff are very friendly and made us feel at home. The one who checked us in graciously talked to my daughters and suggested the things they can do in the hotel and in Manila as a whole. This hotel is highly recommended. It can accomodate families or people who are traveling alone.

My stay at heritage hotel last week was a family affair and I was very happy with the service I received at hotel from the front desk to the restaurant. I have to mention Gemma and Mark made me feel at home for a man like me very demanding Gemma and Mark was off the hook to put costumer first and I felt in love to both of them and I'm not going to forget Sunny from house keeping always on time. Heritage hotel will be always my favorite to stay in Manila. From now on I would recommend heritage hotel to all my business partners and friends only thing they have to do is ask for Gemma and Mark say Louis Dorval send them I know they will be served the right way .one love to heritage hotel see you in March.

The hot water was too hot sometimes it can be fixed.

Love this place always thought it was built in the 50s has that style and feel but research discovered it was the 90s hench the modern conveniences with that deco feel. very professional staff great sized rooms very comfortable beds lovely vaulted foyer with a lounge area for entertaining visitors class all the way. 15 minutes from the airport and mall of Asia exceptional breakfast and great pool area if staying the day this hotel will not disappoint have stayed many times over the years and have to admit it's where I met my wife and entertained her family while courting so has special place in my heart

I Never seem to have enough time to relax and enjoy the place

The hotel is very nice with great amenities. I visited on four occasions. It has a restaurant and a pool. The location is convenient to local eateries, shops, and the mall. It is well maintained and very clean. The staff is very nice and professional. The only exception is the restaurant. The service there is usually very slow. The wait staff is not always friendly. The breakfast buffet is not the best. However, the food and drinks are usually good.

Stayed many times before and always thought it a little dated but can happily say the place has had a polish and looks and feels great exceptional breakfast close to the airport and now runs a shuttle to the mall saving cabs or jeepneys you get what you pay for pappy always said and the Heritage is no exception great value 10 /10

We only had the day in between flights should of kicked back for 2 days the only dislike I could think of. the place has been polished up and can be forgiven for some worn carpet here and there considering her age this place will not disappoint
