Good location near airport. Very good service, free transfer for airport, staff is nice. Price is very good.

Bathroom need renovation. AC is too old and loud.

The staff were fantastic, from the reception desk to the chefs who cooked amazing food to the lads who all went above and beyond. The rooms were clean, the beds were THAT comfortable that I had my best night sleep in the 3 months I’ve been away. Great views from room 409. No noise from planes as it’s right next to the flight path. This place is perfect for stay overs and in a great location.

I found nothing wrong with this establishment. So don’t always believe the few bad reviews that people leave. I’ve stayed in so many hotels and this place is perfect for your every need.

The staff are lovely, very welcoming, knowledgeable and they really care. The hotel is not only located close to the airport, there is also cafes, restaurants, and grocery store like 4mins walk, which was nice. I really liked the fact that the hotel provides free transportation from and to the airport, this was very helpful and also they called me in the morning to remind me that I had to leave which was very nice so I don't miss my flight

I came from a 9 hours flight so it didn't impact me much and I was extremely tired. I could hear the aircraft flying over me, but then again the hotel is right next to the airport. And I was too tired to even move from my bed wear an ear plug, it didn't bother me I was in a deep sleep couldn't hear a thing when I fell asleep.

The only option across the street from Terminal 4; nice "shuttle" even though we could just walk. This is our goto hotel every time we have a very early flight out of T4; in fact, that is the only reason we book here, to be able to guarantee we can make the airport in crazy manila.

It is old, not really clean, falling apart; we stopped including breakfast when booking because they have a resident rodent in the bar/kitchen that has been there for quite a while now. Also the food is mediocre, so there you go. The same reason that makes this hotel appropriate for early flights is the reason we cannot sleep well: noise. We really stay here as an upgrade to sleeping inside the terminal.

the place is right in front of the airport therefore very convenient. you can check in even very late there are efficient staff there to welcome you. there is a cafe right there,too. they accept cashless payment which is really great

i suggest we be properly informed about parking arrangements since i didnt read about any info on your site. very annoying. worse,since parking payment is separate,be ready with cash because that is the only form they accept at the parking cashier. the cleanliness of the cafe can be improved. the management should do serious action on drunk clients who harass both female employees and other clients of the hotel.

Greta location close to the airport. We didn’t arrange a pick up transfer but I’m sure we could of, we paid 200 pesos for a grab taxi there at 11pm. We asked for the free transfer back to the airport the following day which they carried out without issue. There is an on-site bar/restaurant which offers food and drink at good prices.

The whole place didn’t feel that clean, but the bedding was fresh so we were okay. The planes taking off are quite loud but we expected this bring earplugs.

Near the airport (a +) clean, nice room. To bad you can’t stay longer on checkout.

1. The breakfast was a disaster! Very bad service! Not clean! Dishes dirty! The waitress is rude and can’t even take your order properly. We had to complain about our order and didn’t have an apology. I will never recommend this place for their breakfast. 2. Came quite late on check in and was not able to stay at least 1 or 2 hours more. The checkout is at noon, no exemptions!

The free shuttle going to the airport or anywhere is absolutely fantastic. I wasn’t expecting that, it was a rare opportunity and the best benefit booking at this hitel. Food is perfect, it give you that feeling of “one for the road” before leaving the Philippines. Having the local delicacies for the lat time. The boutique indoor souvenir shop offered me some discounts, they have good collections of Philippine made wood craft.

Really close to the domestic terminal (T4). Its just across the road so if you want you can actually just walk there it take about 5 minutes when you walk over the pedestrian bridge. I also really liked the free airport transfer if you are in one of the other terminals

The restaurant doesn't have a lot of things on their menu. I stayed here twice a month apart and not much changed in that regard. There also isn't too much nearby other than the airport so this place is great for a night before or after a flight but thats about it.

Breakfast served at Makan restaurant were all great with homemade feel like taste. Hotel booking comes with Free breakfast. Family room can cater 3-4 people as long as you inform them. Free Shuttle services if you are travelling domestic/international flights with all drivers being nice. Staff are welcoming and accommodating. Good selection of TV channels.

The lighting is a bit dim as using warm light in the rooms (but was not really a problem as we are mostly sleeping during quarantine). The view from rearside rooms (esp second floor) are mostly houses around the area so if staying as family best to be in 4 or 5th floor. The bed creaks if you are moving a lot.
