Copacabana Apartment Hotel

The Location is excellent , It is very easy to get transportation to different place, away from the crowd, and close to supermarket and restaurants

They provide me the 8th floor as earlier, the water pressure is very low from 7th floor and above this hotel. It was existing since one year, But the Hotel manager is not ready to solve the issue. The reception has swapped my credit card and charge me wrong amount without my permission. After the complaint she cancelled the transaction and pre-authorized the exact amount.

We spent 10-days of our mandatory quarantine at this property. As one might imagine the Philippines quarantine process for returning residents is a challenge, especially when you’re fully vaccinated and have tested negative for COVID prior to arrival on multiple tests. We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment but were not allowed to leave the room. Having extra space to move around the room was worth the extra money. Food was overall, fairly good ensure. Normal waiting time from order to delivery ranged from 1.5 hours to 2 hrs. Be patient…bring your own food and snacks to supplement as NO outside deliveries are authorized. We had a pet with is. This was one of the few hotels on the “approved quarantine” list that allowed pets. Initially it took time for our dog to use the terrace for his business. Keeping it clean was not a problem as upon request, the hotel provided us with bucket for washing it down. Beds and furniture overall were comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed, dishes and hotpot was a life saver. Our family would stay again and we recommend this property.

Staff did the best they could under circumstances of the COVID hotel quarantine racket. Dealing with cranky hotel guest stuck in there rooms for 10-days must be a challenge. No complaints overall. Our family would stay again and we recommend this property

facilities were ok. the staff are excellent and very kind. they are very helpful and made sure we are comfortable.

we have breakfast included in our booking. we booked for 7days. and have been given the same breakfast every single day. its a bit sickening to eat the same food everyday especially if you are on mandatory quarantine. its very depressing.

Perfect location for us close to airport and dinner offerings in Blue Bay Area nearby. Room was spacious, a little tired but clean and comfy so fine for us. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Air Conditioner in one of our rooms was not able to cool room properly. Air Con units are old and a little noisy, but it is not a new hotel - reflected in cheap price I guess. For our one-night stay it was fine. Breakfast offering was not a buffet, but items from menu, which were ok, but could easily be improved a little bit at minimal cost (eg add a couple of slices of fruit to pancakes). Breakfast area is nice by the pool.

Everything is perfect and worth the price. Staff are attentive and the place is spotless clean. Requested upper floor facing the pool and non smoking and was granted. Breakfast was simple and decent. I Requested for cucumber and tomatoes to give more life to the filipino breakfast. Water was not that strong however we were offered to move to lower floor with better water supply. I would definitely come back. It is accessible to the airport, bus station and main thoroughfare. I will definitely be back. Thank youfor a pleasant and safe stay.

Water pressure

I have time and again extended my stay at this well run hotel with friendly competent staff, most definitely at the front desk and also by the pool. Booking.com offered me an attractive rate hard to pass up. The pool is very nice and well kept. I believe you can stay here nicely, safely and you will not have to spend a bundle.

During my last extension (two nights) I included the so-called "breakfast". What an indecent one and what a HORRIBLE SERVICE. Even at only $3 additional, I'd say definitely give it a miss (spend that money at McDo which I normally did). Avoid the so called breakfast (at $6, normal price, it is a rip-off), avoid the restaurant altogether as there are countless restaurants in the vicinity (definitely walking distance).

I stayed here with my family because we need a big space with a lot of rooms. To be fair, their area is really spacious and clean. It also has a spare room for helper /driver. The AC in the living room can cool the entire area. All rooms has a TV, even the small rooms got small TV. The kitchen is clean and they provide pots and utensils. I also like that it is easy to get to the mall of Asia. Receptionist and security are helpful and accommodating.

You can hear the cars and jeepney sounds as it is located near the main road. The reception and lobby is quite old fashioned but still it was a good stay :)

The property is beautifully looked after,as a property that is aging the maintenance the structure is amazing giving credit to the builders in the past,very comfortable and a location which is perfectly positioned to go anywhere in Manila. Food is delicious and fresh,room service is a bonus.

The Location of Hotel is very Good, Very close to MOA, The staffs are very friendly

The Furniture are Very Old and there are lot of scratches on tables & Chairs, It shall be repainted properly, I have found some cockroaches in the kitchen and toilets ,the water pressure in the 9th floor was very poor and i have shifted my rooms to 3rd floor,

I like the spacious rooms, big capacity of the refrigerator, promt and fast response of the frontdesk/housekeeping/cafe regarding my request/concern, politeness and accommodating staffs starting from the security guards, bell boy and other employees. I am greatfull that they upgraded my room to one bedroom deluxe suite for free and that they lend me electric fan, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder detergent, basin, broom and frequent change of linens/towels. The wifi connection is strong too. The Van rental they provided is comfortable and helpful also. Lastly, I appreciate all the help the hotel extended for all the booking amendments I made (4-5x change of booking dates). Email responses are swift and all my online inquiries are well attended.

The kitchenette has no rice cooker and microwave. The pots and pans for cooking together with the induction stove are not in excellent quality. The water heater takes too long to warm up. There was no anti-slip matt on the shower area. It was dusty under the bed frame and there was white chalkmark powder along some of the corners. The prices on the cafe menu was way above the quality. The Van pick-up was late and the fees are really expensive.
