COZY and CLEAN. Peaceful place, even though it's noisy right outside the hotel.

It's right next to the road, so there's a lot of noise. There is no elevator.

The staff were all accommodating and good for its value although the hidden charges upon check in caught me off guard.

NO ELEVATORS AND IT’S SIX FLOORS. Thankfully I was just at the second floor and the staff would help me carry my bags. MY DOOR LOCK WAS BROKEN 😭 And I didn’t have a personal key for my door cause the hotel only had one key for ALL doors. There were hidden charges upon check in that caught me off guard, and the location felt a bit unsafe.

My family chose Leez Inn coz of its proximity to the City. We were very happy that we choose Leez Inn and never regretted that we selected Leez Inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Leez Inn to all the travellers who want to visit manila city. It was worth the money spent and we strongly recommend Leez In to anyone person visiting Manila city.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I go to Manila. I like the location as it is close to grocery stores. I always stay longer here, so I need groceries. I love the electric kettle in the room as I am a coffee lover, and having busy work keeps me from going out to grab a cup of coffee

The noise. I work at night, so I sleep during the day, and sometimes the noise outside wakes me up.

Location, design, colors of the hotel, room arrangement, and care for cleanliness

Disturbing some guests by moving furniture or raising the TV volume , Especially after ten in the evening , Guests should be assured not to move the furniture or cause any disturbance at bedtime

The staff are very polite and welcoming. I appreciate that they always greet when they meet their guests. The room is tidy and neat. Price is reasonable. Had a great stay! 🙂

I think it would be better if they have an elevator for a more convenient and comfortable stay.

I like that it was conveniently close to where my friend I was supposed to go, the place is clean and the staff was very helpful which I really appreciate.

The aircon takes time to cool down the whole room. Instruction about having two beds in the room wasn’t followed.

the room is clean and spacious. comfortable bed generous with the pillow AC is super cold got mini bar to keep my drinks cold good lighting clean bathroom, no grime

no bidet. i had to asked for the room towels, and floor matt. no hair dryer available, no complimentary toiletries.
