JMM Grand Suites

We stayed up on the 40th floor of the tower with an amazing view, the kitchenette with roomy fridge and freezer was very nice since we also prefer to cook ourselves at some meals. The facilities with gym and pool was great, and special thanks for the sauna since I'm from finland so i didn't have to miss that 😊 Very good value for the price 😌

The gym equipment was not very new and not in the best shape, but still good for a decent workout.

Location next to robinsons.Robinsons.. swimming pool was beautiful and fun, view of the manila Bay and city skyline was awesome.

We were told the hotel needed photo ID for every guest.. well my mother n law didn't have one with her. Nothing I saw on the booking part where I prepaid said anything about this. So it's 10pm after a long day and were standing in the lobby trying to call family for a photo of an ID for her. Stupid contact tracing for a fake plandemic. Otherwise happy to stay there. Great staff.

location was great. my room had an amazing view but it had small roaches in it. the staff extremely nice and accommodating but the roaches kinda killed it for me

my room was right next to the garbage area which was convenient but I cant help but think that was why it had roaches in it.

Honestly i think this is one of the best places for value and convenience. It's in a great location and so close to the Robinson mall. It was so easy to check in and out. Great value and very clean. Fully recommend. Enjoy your stay.. Please note they require a security deposit but you can use that for your grab taxi to the airport or your next destination. The staff are professional and nice. The building has great security. I got a free upgrade. Great view and very clean.

we definitely liked the view .. I asked for a room as high as possible, Because of the view, and they put us on the 45th floor 😊 Super nice bathroom With sufficient warm water and pressure And clean .. the 4 elevators was fast and no waiting or within one minute ..

there’s nothing to say We upgraded our room so we paid I think ₱ 2.800 a night, Maybe a little expensive 🤷‍♂️😌

Slightly over priced. I wasn't really impressed with the restaurant on the location menu. The elevator is a little slow.. the water didn't get hot enough for me. Slight bug problem..not that bad but none the less a problem.

The suite has a breathtaking view of Manila Bay. It is also spacious. Charles, the receptionist, was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He even personally attended to our request for housekeeping services, because they are understaffed due to the pandemic. It is a good thing that they provide a parking space. However, the driveway is not easy to navigate.

They are understaffed due to the pandemic and so the room was not cleaned. There was no internet connection in the rooms, only in the living and dining area. One of the restrooms had an unpleasant smell.

Bfast was good. Excellent location, easy access especially Robinsons' Mall. Friendly staffs. Great ambiance to city and ocean view. Clean hotel with super wifi connection. I would definitely stay this hotel for my next Philippine visit.

Staff are nice and acomodating. I had a comfortable stay, its actually my second time booking in this hotel.

I was looking for iron, i know i can ask for it but since im in a hurry i just didnt. With other hotels iron are available in the room right away.

Very nicely equipped hotel with very good service, nice security and hard to match facilities on that price range. And in my opinion, the best thing was the Sauna 😄😄
