Century Park Hotel

Loved the staff. Loved the location and loved the spacious room in general.

The property is getting a bit old, therefore needs some renovation. The hot water in the bathroom was an issue. I had to call for assistance twice, but the helpful staff fixed it for me. I wanted to order room service and called the number, but no one picked up. then I called the reception and then told that the staff are busy and that they will call me. No one called, so I had to call back and this happened a few times. Finally, the staff at the reception took my order and then the food arrived in a few minutes.

All the staffs including the security guards are very kind & courteous. Fast check out procedures. The room is clean, bed & pillows apart from being clean are comfortable.

1. TV is small and hard to operate. 2. Lotion is not scented. 3. Air conditioning is not functioning well, I was awaken between 2- 3 AM and it was hot. 4. I think, the quality & quantity (choices) of breakfast served can still be improved in terms of value for money. But overall, in terms of experience, on a scale of 1-10, it's a 6, but for your staffs & security personnel, a high 8 is what can give. Thanks.

The room was very spacious compared to the other options that I looked at. The layout was also very nice - open and yet the sleeping are still had some privacy.

The bathroom fixtures are a bit old-style though, particularly water the heater. The flush on the toilet used sooooo much water, which is such a waste. I also didn't realize that the AC didn't shut off automatically with the card, so I actually left the AC on while I was out...sad.

We were treated very well. My partner left his bag in the dining room. The waiter and the manager who dealt with us were exceptional. There was an initial problem with the room but it was quickly sorted out after we complained that the thermostat was not working. We were upgraded to another room. The staff were exceptional. Thank you

We love the spacious rooms, big and comfy beds, and the very accommodating staff…love the bread rolls being served before dinner too.

Perhaps more choices for food at the restaurant…stayed there for 4 days and kinda hard to keep eating same food.

We enjoyed the space of the hotel lobby, rooms and whole facilities. Staff are quick and very good. Entertainment is world class. Food price and taste are reasonable. Good location for PICC venues.

Suite Park rooms needs interior modernization.

The same as before. Staff are accomodating shout out for mam joana, she is so patient with me and very accomodating🎁

Before there is welcome drinks or fruits but mam joana explained it to us. Very grateful to het🥰

Service is superb, staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable around taft.

Waiting time for food in Park Cafe took a while, an hour or more, food was ok. Best to ask serving time before ordering. Not recommended if in a hurry.

we enjoyed the room and the staff, we had a great stay at this hotel

the air conditioning and ventilation in the room was musty, it gave me a sinus cold, though i have many allergies, i hope it improoves.

location it was easy to get to

parking was a bit hard we also were with a big group that made breakfast too busy and long lines they ran out of some stuff
