Solea Palm Resort Mactan

The place was beautiful, the pool view from my room was amazing! The rooftop bar is a great place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing drink. And the staff were so good 👍 👍👍

They could work on making it a little more wheelchair friendly, small steps everywhere that could do with a little ramp to assist the chairs, and some ramps that need a lesser angle so it's not so steep.. especially for access to the pools.

All in all excellent I can't think of anything that my wife and I disliked . Pleasant place to relax you seem to belong to a big family the staff were very supportive by all.means. The food was so good that it was hard to choose so many different dishes to choose from Veges so fresh and delicious The dinning Hall so decorative and clean A place that my wife and I would recommend. Perfect

Breakfast is great. There were a lot of people during our stay though. But we only felt the crowd during dinner and breakfast times, other than those time, people are scattered in the wide area, so there is no crowd in the pools and in other activity areas.

Check in took longer than expected. Area to get the towel is only located in the main pool. Some floors, specially in the main building is a slipping hazard.

during our stay maintenance was being performed and caused odor ultimately caused a room relocation. the staff were understanding and accommodating without issues

But regardless, the area entirely is really big. Lots of pools. Kiddie pool is what makes us keep coming back because my daughter loves it. We love it for her too because it's safe and fun. The beach is also nice. The rooms are spacious enough. Clean. Just happy about our 2nd stay just like the first time. Good food is served there too. They have playhouse if your kids can't enjoy the pools yet though with extra fees. With free spa, though I didnt try it because im currently pregnant, would have made it more enjoyable for me.

I didnt like the idea that there's not enough shower area near the pools a lot of the people just go to the pools without taking shower first. Hence the pools gets dirty easily.

Aside from being affordable, I like that they offer buffet for breakfast. I also appreciate that they have ramps everywhere for strollers/wheelchairs. The staff are very accomodating. They kindly gave us the connecting room that we requested. We saw night shift staff cleaning the big glass windows in the reception area. The place is recommended for family. Lots of activities to do and sitting area to relax all around the resort compound

The room is clean but, I've noticed that the paint/ wallpaper has dirt. I also saw a baby spider roaming on our dresser.

Less activity available during evening hours and activities fits for adult as mostly day time activities cater kids

The staff are very accommodating and polite. The resort have a lot of perks. The whole facility is nice and cozy. Very relaxing place to stay.

Transportation is quite hard.

Breakfast was nice, they tried to mix it up, lots of pork, but overall very nice

The hot water is abit erratic, but they assist promptly.

rooms we got were spacious. and lots of pools to choose from. staff very courteous.

food a little pricey and not too many kinds in menu.
