Seda Atria

The location is great. Just a 10 min walk takes you to the river and Smallville's riverside complex of restaurants, and a 10 minute ride to Iloilo's city proper. The room was large and spacious, with plenty of sofa seating, plenty of options for stowing luggage, a writing desk, a dressing area and a spacious clean bathroom with all amenities. The bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillows. Good hygiene was observed. Breakfast was sumptuous, with multi-cuisine choices of dishes, an egg station, a cereal bar, bakery bar and plenty of coffee, tea or chocolate. The gym had a small collection of machines that met my needs. Best of it was you were allowed to get on with it without signing up or formalities. The spa was closed. I did not use the pool. The best part of this hotel is the staff. Right from arrival at Reception through to the dining areas, the lobby and the doorway, staff greeted you with attention and enthusiasm. Many staff - waitresses, lobby staff - remembered my name and in two days, I felt like a regular! Laundry service was prompt and when an error was pointed out, it was quickly rectified.

This particular room was in front of a lift and so a bit noisy when guests emerged and walked away, but it was no big deal.

Declicious breakfast buffet. The is a wide food selection in breakfast buffet and there is variety as they change the food options everyday. I like the rooftop bar resto too! Great selection of alcoholic drinks, they have good cocktails!

The gym is located at the ground floor (past the lobby) which is not typical to hotels.

Love the location. Just in front of jobee and mcdo. I also like their roofdeck bar. They have a friendly staff especially to Adrian and the barista michael and also the chef they cooked a delicious meal. Kudos to Seda. I never liked seda bgc before but seda atria gave me my great expectations. Will surely be back here.

Big comfy bed and good air con! The rooftop bar has a good range of very affordable drinks as well.

The shower drain wasn’t going fast, often had lots of water splashing around and the shower door was not in line or able to be sealed or closed shut. Also a bit bummed that there was no pool, especially for such hot weather!

Room Cleaning - I went out 9AM and return around 2:30PM and my room is still uncleaned. It took almost one hour of waiting and just look for the cleaner outside the room, and requested her to clean my room first. The call to "dial 0'' didn't help. But it only happen once in my 3 night stay

Central location. Breakfast is wonderful, excellent choices. Staff is wonderful, extra helpful and so hospitable.

The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear the next door laughing and also people passing and talking loudly on the hallway.

Our shower door could not close well for room 524. The thermo pot spout was rusty. It was super noisy Saturday night

The quality of everything in the hotel was top notch. The staff was welcoming and competent.

we had a room facing a fairly busy road, and also quite close to the elevator. Another room could’ve been quieter.

Prompt attention to complaint. Room extension graciously given by Mr Carlos. Breakfast buffet is good.

Some bathroom facilities needed repair, or upgrades.

Breakfast is awesome! Varied choices and very tasty.

They spray the room with air freshener. It set off my asthma. Reception should inform guests of said practice.
