For a budget hotel, it meets the expectations for a short comfortable stay. No fuss, and straightforward rooms. Not much embellishments. Small rooms, but the high ceilings are great. Cozy at best. I do like the communal water dispenser oddly enough, as I can drink as much potable water as I need.

The biggest shock is that some rooms have no windows. Booking.com does not have a way to discern what rooms you can book. They SHOULD have different rates. It's is not fair that some rooms have them and some don't for the same price. Music is great in the common corridors, but can be audible in the rooms slightly. Beside the noted water dispenser are tables where guests dump garbage and plates. It's kind of unsightly especially when it doesn't get cleaned immediately. Evidence of mini cockroaches are apparent.

Reasonable, adequate hotel offering a central location to Iloilo’s newer area of downtown, roomy rooms, and all of the standard amenities you’d expect. The breakfast is a solid buffet-style with limited options, and the staff was fine albeit without the normal high level of helpfulness and friendliness I’ve come to expect in the Philippines. This is a clean, solid lodging option.

Terrible WiFi! Can’t understand why a hotel doesn’t invest in a decent high capacity system in this modern world where not having good WiFi service is such an irritant 😥

The location was convenient and gives you access to local shops for food and other needs. Also easily accessible to the public transport and the main thoroughfare. The staff were warm and helpful. Overall, it was good value for money.

There were no basic amenities that you would expect from other hotels of the same type. There was no provision for bedroom slippers (even the disposable biodegradable ones) and there was no hairdryer. Also, I made a specific request when I booked the stay for a room with a window. I understand that such a room might not always be available but at least this should have been communicated to me so was able to manage my expectations early on instead of being disappointed when I stepped into a dark windowless room.

Pros: Location was in the city center, easy to get rides | near atm, restos, spa | polite and accommodating staff | decent breakfast buffet | hot/cold water available in the hallway each floor, working elevator, key card entry, TV with cable, working telephone, WIFI available and reached inside the room | hot/cold shower | basic toiletries and towels available **will definitely go back, but hopefully with cleaner rooms

Cons: the room was kinda dusty, my allergies were triggered, and linens were kinda damp and dusty. However, the bed was comfy at least. | hopefully, disposable slippers will be provided next time

The 3in1 at the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, bath soap) is not good. I mean, to at least the bath soap is separated. No vanity kit. No face towel. The bath curtain is quite high which didn't prevent the flooring not to get wet. No Smart TV Complimentary drink (water) is at the hall way. There should be a bottled water for 2 inside the room. No slippers.

Room had ample space. The beds were comfortable. The AC unit was consistent. The staff were helpful with inquiries and other amenities. Staff gave helpful reminders like breakfast and other services in the hotel. Also, the location was nice, is near a new business district of the city

The light of the smoke detector was too bright (blue light), defeats the purpose of the heavy curtain to control the light in the room. No room slippers and hair dryer available. But since it's a budget hotel, I guess these are just minor details.

very clean accomodation very helpful courteous and responsive staff. very accessible location. very affordable.

elevator has a problem. suggestion: pls do not overcook the sunny side up fried eggs EVERY breakfast morning the building administrator should be replaced. simple fixing of the toilet bowl flusher in 2 rooms we stayed in were a problem. best if the toilets are checked for these simple problems. to save precious water. even the sink faucet is loose and this can be fixed, very simple concerns are not attended to.

Very modern and clean, set back from main road, although some motor cycle noise very early morning so moved rooms towards the inside of the building. Very good breakfast

Piped music into all the corridors from the start of breakfast - may be 6.30am, plus noise from the breakfast staff setting up and customers scraping chairs - the restaurant is on top floor 5 so avoid floor No. 4! Also my wife was annoyed that whilst a hair drier can be borrowed from reception free of charge, they wanted P100 to borrow an iron for 1 hour!!

It’s very accessible to some of the popular places in Iloilo. I like the fact you can walk from the hotel to the esplanade. If you’re looking for a nearby place to walk to exercise or just to chill, this place is perfect for you.

Yes, it’s accessible to some of the popular places but it’s also near a bar. The noise sometimes bothers me at night. I also noticed that you can hear the noise from the adjacent rooms especially at night.
