Alba Uno Hotel

Strategically located near the outskirts of IT Park, right behind the old Skyrise building. It's walking distance from malls and restaurants so you don't need to worry about food. There's also a restaurant onsite but it's a bit pricey. The staff were all courteous, the check-in and check-out was seamless, the rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom had toiletries and hot water. They only have standard sockets so make sure to ask the reception desk for an adaptor. One of the best places to stay at and will definitely be going back.

The road going to the hotel is not well-lit so it looks suspish. 😂

Location is near IT park, lots of cafes,cheap food house, night market/food bazaar but at the same time, it's quiet around the hotel. A few meters walk to McDonalds, 7/11, Rico's Lechon, Dunkin etc. They don't serve breakfast in the hotel but there's a seafood restaurant downstairs or you can have your food delivered via Grab and eat in your room. I love that they have water dispenser in each floor. They provide towels, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton, cotton buds and disposable indoor slippers. Room is super clean, bed linens smell fresh. Would love to stay here again!

They don't serve breakfast

We liked how it was so close to the bus terminals. Going around the city area was so easy. It qas close to Ayala Malls Gardeb Bloc too. And a restaurant, CrabPro, at the Ground Floor who serves really delicious and budget-friendly seafood dishes. Our room was 302. It was very spacious and a lot of room in the closet.. The room has an AC too, TV and cable but with limited channels. We were there for travel so we didn't really need the TV. The bed was so soft. There was also a small balcony, enough just for viewing and getting some air and not really for spending so much time there. The WIFI was okay. I got to join my online classes in the evening.

Nothing. We had a great stay. They staff were very polite and friendly. I hope they can update the pictures they have on the app since there were only 4 pictures for this here. I think it will be better for their marketing.

Very friendly, understandable and considerate front desk team including the security guards who are always happy to help from simply opening the door, car doors and carrying our luggages. Special mention to the lady in reception that gave us an early check-in before we started our very long day in Cebu, we got to freshen up and enjoy our brunch. Thank you po! We will definitely be back in this hotel! Not noisy at all. Very clean. Really good shower from room 508. Very accessible by grab. Big malls and restaurants are just around the corner.

None. it’s a simple hotel but it is everything we needed. so really cant complain nor ask for something we didnt need.

friendly staff, good cleaning, stayed here total 33 days and I would recommend anyone wanting to stay in Cebu IT park to stay here. Its clean and great value for money. it is older, you need to accept that and things arent in the best shape anymore but if you are like me who only uses a hotel to sleep and spend most of the time in an office its perfect. its what you pay for; cheap. and its great for the rest. when you book, I would recommend to mention you don't want to be on the side of the construction site (helps you sleep better). its just 5 min walk to ayala mall central bloc. 8 min walk to KMC coworking space.

crap internet connection, some days there was no internet and in beginning I was staying 3rd floor where toilet was leaking, so they gave me another room, this was one was across the construction site which woke me up at 6am exactly. they moved me again to another room. later moved down 2 floors where there was 2.5-4.5 mbps internet on days that there was internet (I think just half the time it worked). the images on google of alba uno hotel are not from this hotel. 5G internet from Globe in this area is also crap so if you need fast internet you need to book a coworking space as well if you need fast internet to work.

Great value for the money. Location 5 minutes walk from Ayala Mall and night food market during weekends. There is 7eleven within a minute walk from a hotel and a lot of local food places - carinderias. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. There was free water and toiletries in the room. Considering the experience and the location, this place is great value for the money.

There was a problem with an air conditioner which was very loud. Staff came to fix it twice in the same night. Since they couldn't fix the ac issue they have changed our room and this room felt like an upgrade. So they managed to turn this experience into positive since they were very accommodating and managed to fix our issue fast.

Very helpful staff - they were quick to respond when we needed extra things like towels and rugs. The room itself is good - just a little stuffy for four people, but pwede na for a few nights lang. The location is okay. It's just right at the back of the IT park, making it within walking distance of numerous dining options, convenience stores, and public transportation.

Not a big deal but room would be perfect if it included a hair dryer.

this was my second time here with my family. this time around we were with my sister and sister inlaw, what i like about the place is convenient kaayo sa coffee shops, sa amo favorite na kfc, it park and central bloc mall. plus gamay lng na lakaw daghan naka masakyan beep , dli jud hassle ug mo adto sto niño or even other malls

ang gawas sa property kay baho kayg smell sa dead rats , other than that. none

Great staff, very friendly and polite, always very helpful and patient. Located just a few minutes walk from shopping mall and lots of restaurants. Always felt safe in the area. Lots of security.

Not fault of the hotel, but outside the hotel had a really bad smell, possibly due to construction nearby.
