Hotel Terranova

This hotel is exactly what you would expect, maybe a little more. Take a look at the area and the cost of other hotels around the corner. For the value, it had everything - large room, hot showers, comfy beds, quiet, brewery across the street, pool, free drink at the restaurant. It is definitely a bit older and could use some general maintenance, but nothing more than aesthetics for me. This was perfect for the night. The staff was very helpful even when I left something in my room accidentally and had to go back for it. My Spanish is ok, not great, and I think that may be a bit of a struggle depending on who is working. One girl had great English, the other was almost all Spanish.

I'm not sure - this property met/exceeded my expectation for the amount that the room cost.

The bed 946 pillows were comfortable. The ac worked fine. The view from the window was spectacular. There was ample room in the closet with some hangers. The receptionist was friendly and executed her job with professionalism. The hotel is under 10 minutes walk from the Iglesia del Carmen metro station. I ate lunch and breakfast at the restaurant. The food and service was great.

I would have liked a bit more lights especially at the desk and some outlets as well.

Friendly stuff, receptionists understand English, good breakfast, and very good traditional Panama soup! I loved the swimming pool on the top and the view is amazing!!! Parking has two floors and it was easy to almost want space. Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations!

I found it difficult without having a mini fridge. Sometimes I wanted to have a cold water in +33 Celsius outside, and my room bottle was always warm...

The rooftop pool was the best! The location was also great to explore and good shops in the area to buy what we needed. We enjoyed the aircon, comfortable bed and TV in the room! The free bike rental was a big bonus!

The room had a bit of a strange smell and there was a few small cockroaches in the room.

- pool, roof top - bed, pillows, linen: big, cosy, clean, good sleep - situation/place: coffee shop and breakfast cafe nearby, safe area, not too far away from everything with Uber or Taxi -> would stay here again

-a little bit off-lived, abgenutzt at some points, needing a renewal (furnitures, pool beds) -breakfast in Resto too pricey for what u get = NO real critique, basics were really fine :) Recommend Hotel

Nice and clean hotel with a great location in the city center! They have free bikes to take and surf the city! Swimming pool is clean and marvelous! Staff are nice and good value for what you paid!

He breakfast is complicated and kind of expensive and if it is not included, it is not worth to take in the hotel. It's better to have teapot in the room

The location is great and the room was huge and clean. We shared a room (4 people) which had three queen size beds. For a family or a group it is great.

We booked the hotel. Only hours before the stay they sent a whatsapp message that the reservation is cancelled. I guess they overbooked it and the one who comes first gets the room. This can be a problem especially if you reach late and don't have the time to look for another hotel.

My room was HUGE with a lot of light! The pool was great, better than the ones of hotels double the price I stayed in before!!! Who misses Western food finds a special supermarket at 5 mins walk, as well as the sea side cinta costera.

Most rooms are family rooms, and groups tend to be loud. Not the hotel's fault, but ideally there would be a couple's/ single's floor. T No public transport nearer than 10 sweaty minutes walk.

Location, Clean, Simple, Great Friendly Staff, Air Conditioning, Roof Top Swimming PooL, Very Nice Sized Room...

The Restaurant was very VERY very BASIC and so was the FOOD.... very plain, and without Any Flavor, where I had to Ask Myself, am I in CUBA ??? ...or is this jus' a very plain breakfast/lunch restaurant Menu ...But it was a Great Location

We liked the location, it is in the new part of the city, surrounded by many luxurious hotels. Easy to walk or run to the malecon, many restaurants and bars and shops nearby. Our room is spacious and clean. Powerful aircon and nice hot shower. Rooftop pool is very nice; with plenty of sunbeds and beautiful view. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
