Global Hotel Panama

The property was beautiful with floor to ceiling windows. the bathroom was lovely - I couldn’t figure how to use the hot water properly though. I really like the light feature in the room and the bed was very comfortable.

I couldn’t bring back guest to my room.

THE LOCATION ITS COMPLICATED AND THE PARKINGS ARE REALLY AWFULL DONT HAVE ANY VIEW AT ALL SO WHATS THE POINT CHARGING A LOT

We had a corner room on the 16th floor so we had two large windows. The room and bathroom were fabulous. We had breakfast and lunch there; both were very good. They have a beautiful pool. It's not really large but it's adequate. The staff members were extremely pleasant and efficient. They helped us with the Uber driver, transportation to our cruise and recommended a great restaurant in Casco Antiguo. (We decided not to drive in Panama City.) The receptionist was extremely helpful when I needed to print something. Almost as soon as we walked in, we decided we would go back to Global Hotel Panama.

When I had to use the computer, I could not print the work on my own. Any guest should be able to do that without the staff having to take time from their work. That can be corrected fairly easily and should be done. But I'm thankful

My wife and I found the front desk staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Victor answered all of our questions with great ease. The food in the restaurant was very tasteful for a great price. we ended up having dinner there all 3 nights.

I had a really great stay here. The staff were super helpful in organising a car to pick me up from my late arrive into Panama. There was an issue with the hot water in my room, and they got me sorted in a new room straight away when it was clear it couldn't be fixed quickly. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The breakfast is tasty and the gym and pool area very nice. The location is handy for many things and a quick cab ride to other parts of the city, like the Casco Viejo.

I absolutely loved my stay. Great customer service, swift check-in, room was awesome! I read past reviews before booking my stay. I'm not sure why I saw negative reviews on 'staff', 'front desk' and 'poor customer service'. Again I'm surprised! For the future traveler I'll let you know. My experience was awesome! Yes there is a language barrier if you do not speak Spanish. Nor should that be a reason to say 'poor customer service' because you don't speak the language. Panama is a Spanish speaking country. English should not be expected! However they do have staff that speaks English. I do not speak Spanish and even with my language barrier the staff was very patient with me and still went above and beyond to assist me! But don't let that stop you from booking this hotel! This location is prime for the city! It is close to everything! And a safe location! Always someone at the front desk! Front Desk (Jason and everyone I'm sorry I don't remember all the names) thank you for your patience and your recommendations for restaurants, attractions and other services. Everytime I came in the lobby they knew my name and pronounced my name correctly! Most people who speak English get my name wrong all the time! House Keeping thank you for services! To the breakfast F&B staff (Keily and everyone I may have Keily name wrong, im sorry) OMG! I know how to order breakfast in Spanish now you were so patient with me! You guys are all bomb! My room was the "Global Panama King" and it was sexy, elegant and the views were amazing!!! Worth every dollar!!! That soaking tub yes hot water!!! Yasss it was life!!! I shall miss that shower and vanity mirror!!! I did not want to leave!!! Great work guys!!! Thanks again for your service!!!

room was lovely and really comfy beds and great shower! The staff were really helpful and friendly when we arrived and helped us organise a few things. nice bar and we loved the gym and pool area. location seemed ok but didn’t spend enough time in Panama city to know properly.

we were coming from islands and I messaged the hotel about laundry before we arrived but didn’t get a response, when we arrived we found out the laundry was closed that day (Sunday) which was quite annoying but the reception were very helpful in finding us another option nearby.

this is a great hotel! great location, very friendly staff, clean and great value! the restaurant also has good food (in very large quantities i might add). the rooms are very big and the beds are confortable. we had a lovely stay and apreciated the champagne and desert when they found out we were on our honeymoon♥️

the only slight downside is that is some places, the hotel could use a few updates (furnture looks used in some cases, tiles were missing from the pool etc). nothing major or that made our stay unpleasent, it’s just something that would make it go from 9 to 10!

The staff were wonderful! Very helpful and pleasant. Room was large, with an excellent bathroom. Bedroom furniture was comfortable, other than the bed. Location was great - right in the heart of the embassy district. The pool deck has a very nice view. Breakfast had lots of food options.

The bed was very firm - I didn't mind it, but it was too firm for my wife. The hot tub was only lukewarm. Hot breakfast foods were not kept hot - only warm.

Nice spacious room with comfortable bed. The bathroom was also good and they even allowed early check-in.

I told the reception that I needed to be at the airport at midnight and asked how long it usually took to do the checkout. They told me it was quick, so I said I would check out around 11:30 pm. However, they didn't tell me that the reception only worked until 10 pm. They did have a sign telling that, which I missed, but I expected a 5-star hotel would have 24h reception and if it didn't, they would make sure to let the guests know. Also, on my last night, the guests from the room above were throwing a party, jumping around, singing, and screaming like 10-year-olds...
