Aloft Panama

Currently Aloft is closed but they let us stay at Sheraton hotel and it short nothing. The staff was very kind and courteous. The food was fabulous. The only thing I wish I was able to go in the infinity pool.

Rooms where really nice and big. Ac on point, beds where very comfortable. Front desk was amazing and the housekeeping lady was very attentive. The service at the Hada restaurant was very nice I think our server's name was Yoleika. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing really..

Went well, just didn't appreciate the loud banging Friday morning at 8 am. And as it was our second stay in 2 weeks, we were not included for the complementary breakfast for the second stay ???

Lay out of the room (mostly the bathroom) was strange. And the thermostat didn't seem to work right

location of the Hotel was very nice. i wanted sea view and i got a room with sea view. it had plenty of nice places to eat around. i enjoyed staying at Aloft.

breakfast was very basic, it would have been more better. they could have added more items to the breakfast menu.

I chose this hotel because it’s pet friendly. The fees was around $20 and quite cheap compared to others. Additionally we also had a little baby and they provided us a crib with no extra fee. That was really nice, especially it is quite hard to find a hotel that provides a crib. The room was clean and nice decorated. Due to the measures of COVID-19 that everything was closed, I can’t do any comments about the property itself.

The breakfast. There wasn’t a lot of variety to choose. Maybe it’s because of the low business due to COVID 19.

I had a 15hr layover in Panama and was happy to see a W hotel near the airport. However, I was charged an early checkin rate that was $10 cheaper than my stay for one night. This nearly doubled the price of my stay. I explained this to the concierge but it doesn’t seem like she was trying to help. In total i was advertised a $76 stay and ended up paying $135 after the fees and taxes. I would not recommend.

Everything was really cool, clean, great view and personal. Great breakfast! love the beds and the bath, that what we need. My family was happy

In booking said that they have Shuttle, but, It was a lie, I had to pay $90Us for Uber. I want my money back. the attendant in the hotel said that they don't do that

Super clean, staff was wonderful. Shower was huge, plenty of towels and tons of hot water ! Enjoyed our stay in Panama :-)

Overall excelent experience. I always choose a Loft for work. This time my room had a stain on carpet but it was manageable.

Booking for pet friendly options, as a guest I need a checkbox to specify my pet will be consider in my total cost. It is not possible, when I got to the hotel they let me know about a USD150.00 if my pet destroy something in the room, plus USD27.50 as a guest for my pet. Please keep in mind a checkbox for pet and additional information on Booking website.
