Excellent location. Exceptionally clean. Super comfortable bed.

No Air-conditioning as advertised. Air-conditioning is on our list of must haves. Upon contacting the Motel, who took a few days to reply they simply said thanks for noticing Air-conditioning should not be on our list of amenities. No sorry for any inconvenience at all. Due to this Motels lack of care for their customers we have canceled our next stay with them. Asides from poor customer service this Motel is in an excellent location and is exceptionally clean, most comfortable Motel bed I've ever slept on with a great kitchen in apartments.

Extremely comfortable and well equipped one bedroom courtyard. Courtyard was private with side view of the lake and table/chairs. Good layout. We liked that one bedroom apartment gave space to sofa and chairs, dining table etc rather than squeezing in single beds we don’t want. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc.

Overnight roadworks - not their fault control although could have given advance warning (another place with similar emailed to warn and offered option to cancel). Close to town but steep hill to get there. Milk in single pods - many properties offer small reusable bottles now.

I booked a one bedroom apartment with kitchen and sitting area. Decorations were nice, the kitchen fully stocked to allow me to cook meals. Location was within walking distance of a small supermarket and the downtown area with shops and restaurants. There was one assigned space in the covered car park.

My unit was next to the main road and loud. There was also construction on-going on the main road and they were quite loud early in the morning. I was out of the apartment in the morning for hikes and skiing so the noise was not for long periods. The front desk should have warned me of the construction.

Location, the room and everything in it. The car park space. Juan and the lovely lady on the front desk. The views were amazing.

The cleaning staff. We stayed for 6 nights. 2 days we got back after 4 and our room still hadn’t been serviced. Twice they didn’t leave enough towels. The room never got vacuumed the entire time we were there. One of the days that our room hadn’t been serviced the 2 male cleaners were just taking on the stairs. It was a shame because everything else was perfect about this place.

Our studio suite was very modern, clean and had a well-equipped kitchenette. The dishwasher was very much appreciated and the bathroom was a decent size. The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, being a short walk away from the lake and the town. We were fortunate enough to have some mountain views from our room.

The parking was fairly tight and there was no actual parking spot allocated for our room. We were told to park in the rear of the block where there were 6 spaces. Roadworks - but no fault of the hotel! Luckily we were at the back of the building but we could hear some noise at night. The stairs leading to our room made it slightly awkward to get our luggage etc from our car in the car park.

Well equipped with full kitchen, washing machine, dryer, clothes drying rack, washing detergent, lounge sofa & seats, porper dining table & 4 chairs, many lighting options in the living areas, spacious room, well laid out. There was a ‘boil water’ notice in the room, which the reception gave us bottled water to drink and to rinse our mouths. Friendly and helpful staff. Some rooms have waterviews.

Slightly hilly upward slope 20 min walk for older people to get back to the apartment from the city & gondola. The sliding door was abit tricky to lock as you need to push both sides of the sliding panels together to enable the key to lock. The allocated basement carpark is a bit tight.

The two bedroom apartment was very comfortable and we were able to do laundry in the privacy of our apartment. It was an easy walk into the downtown area of Queenstown.

Just be aware that the parking is very tight, as you might expect in a downtown area, so it was difficult as we had a larger vehicle. A larger vehicle parked next to our spot was not able to stay in their parking lane and pushed into our parking area. The receptionist was very helpful locating us another parking spot. Don't hesitate to ask for assistance if you find yourself in this situation.

The staff is very nice. And the instructions are really clear. We spent a night in studio-type room. And it is unexpectedly good! The room is spacious enough for three to four suitcases opened at the same time. The bed is the most comfortable bed i have ever used in New Zealand. Heat light is provided inside the bathroom, which is really nice in this cold weather. A little nice view can be seen in our room. Walkable distance like 15-20 minutes walk to Queenstown Gondola. 10 minutes walk to Queenstown mall.

Just a minor issue, a few stairs are unavoidable for getting into the studio type room.

We stayed three separate times during our month in the South Island. Rooms were a good size, comfy beds, well equipped kitchenette, and in one a great spa bath. Convenient to walk into town & bus stop right outside. They stored our surplus luggage whilst we backpacked & bikepacked. Staff were helpful & friendly. Quiet location, one room had a good view, easy to walk down the hill to the water. We like Queenstown, too!

The outside lighting was really bright ALL night & blinds were not effective, we ended up putting pillows up against the window.

The apartment was modern with a beautiful view. Quite local to everything. There was a washing machine, dryer and clothes rack and washing powder provided. Television in the lounge/dining and one in the bedroom with netflix available on both. Lockers available for snow gear and a dry room. Fresh towels provided daily.

The king bed was two singles together, there were no fan for when it was too hot and the excess water from the shower flowed onto the bathroom floor. Our bed wasn't made when house keeping was done.
