the unit was double storey with 3 beds upstairs and one downstairs. loved that there was a washer and dryer within the unit although you have to purchase laundry detergent. it is fully equipped and comfortable. a short walk to the walking trails and the lake. view is fantastic

We loved our stay here! We had 3 nights here and so enjoyed it. Bed was super comfortable, views of Kelvin Heights, the lake and the Remarkables were so stunning. Room was spacious, well equipped kitchette, bathroom new, easy carpark access. Staff were lovely with information and good recommendations for food in town too! Excellent location - (steep!) walk down to the lake front and enjoy a walk through Queenstown Gardens to be in the town centre in 15 minutes (10 if you don't walk along the lake front). It is just off the main road so was very happy to arrive and then leave the car parked there safely and enjoyed exploring on foot. Would love to return.

Everything. Room 10 had a gorgeous view of the lake and of the Remarkables. Lovely clean room with everything that you need for a 5 night stay. Only a short 15-minute stroll up/down a hill to central Queenstown or walk via the lake side that takes 30 minutes. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone. Also, pick up for Great Sights Milford Sound trip was across the road 😁

There are a few rooms with exceptional views, facing Queenstown's lake and snow-capped mountains. Due to the hotel's location on a large slope, the views are completely unobstructed. If you're lucky, you might even see a rainbow in the morning.

There was a construction crew working on the water pipes right outside the hotel. When we first arrived, there was no water, and we had to inquire at the front desk to learn that the water had been shut off by the construction crew. It would have been great if they could have notified us in advance about the construction near the hotel, especially if they could have informed us about the water being cut off that day. The entrance to the parking lot was a bit hard to find, as it wasn't directly on the main road. Due to the construction, we ended up going in circles before locating it. Having more visible signs would be helpful.

An excellent motel unit with kitchenette facilities (including a hotplate, microwave and bar fridge), well located just a 10 minute walk from town. Management photos are accurate. Though on the main road (and with roadworks continuing) there was no noise. Nice views tough the road down to the lake is steep! We were on the lower floor at the back, close to the dedicated undercover carpark (handy for luggage) and very quiet with limited foot traffic from the other units. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower was hot and strong and the unit was warm. The owners/managers were very helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Views have always been excellent here. Also on a private street just off the main, so it’s quiet while still being close to town. Overall facilities have always been good, kitchenette was always well equipped.

Our third time here, I would have normally given Alexis a 10 out of 10. However I was disappointed with a couple of things .. 1) The bathroom heating was down.. we were told that it would hv cost too much to fix - lots of hacking which we understood 2) With point 1 in mind, as a returning customer, surely u could hv either told us or gave us another room.. we were a little disappointed in this

Everything was really good to great. Friendly, smily, happy and helpful lady in reception who often asked 'how's the room?' The room was great, it had everything I needed, was comfortable and a good size with a lovely view of the Remarkables. About a 10 minute walk into the town. Easy parking under the accommodation.

It was more expensive than other accommodation I had around NZ, value for money was good rather than excellent. I think Queenstown is becoming more expensive, visit while you can afford to.

There were roadworks going on out the front at the time of our stay so the lovely staff gave us a free upgrade to a room further away from the works so it would be more quiet which was great! Absolutely beautiful view from the room- I think there would be great views from any of the rooms! Great facilities, very modern and the beds were quite comfortable! Pretty central location although if you’re walking into the town centre it’s a bit of a hike uphill the whole 10-15 minutes. The walk is great for burning off our holiday calories though! 😋

I loved that the hotel is located a short walk from the buzzing town center of Queenstown. It was very convenient to walk over to restaurants and shops for gifs, food and adventurous activities because parking is stressful in the town center. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice and cosy. Shower pressure was good and felt very relaxing after a long day outside.

The kitchen sink was blocked. We assumed the house cleaning service would notice it as I missed reporting it but we lived with it for 2 days. This was a bummer wa s it was a pain cleaning our dishes or filling up water.

Superb location with stunning views of Lake Whakatipu from the living room & the balcony. We got the highest floor unit Room 16 which enhanced the view. Ample sheltered parking at the base of the motel. Staff were friendly & informative. Rooms were modern & clean & toilet was super up to date. Heating was more than sufficient. The property was just off the main road but my fears about road noise were unfounded. We stayed 4 nights in Queenstown with 2 whole days washed out by continuous rain & snow but this motel had a full repertoire of wifi & cable tv so it was still great.

It was not that close to Queenstown central. About 12 minutes walk.
