Just staying there, the staff there are helpful though and make sure the guest are happy.
That the bathrooms need to be clean and kitchen with scrubbing the floors and moping it there's old food in the freezer and things that are dusty, as well as stains on the floor / carpet. Just need to be cleaned. And most of the guest that did stay are loud at night time I was woken up at 3am in the morning to someone playing music and laughing. Wasnt good. But they do need to clean the stairs as well and bathrooms give it a mope or scrub. The rooms need the walls to be wiped down. Under the bunk there was gum and wasn't too happy. The floor of the carpet I stayed in room 17 it was sticky.

The staff was very lovely and helpful and went above and beyond . Our room was clean and comfortable and bed was firm. Which was great.
The facilities such as the kitchen and toilets are a bit run down. The kitchen was not very clean. The toilet was clean though.

it was really dirty and smelled bad . it’s not really a backpackers but more of a half way house for semi homeless people I would imagine . kitchen and bathrooms need major upgrading .
