If you don't want to walk several hundred meters from your car through the parking lot, reception, elevator and corridors, this is the right choice. From car to the room is about 5 meters, really. If you have lot of tools, material and other belongins, it is very advantageous. Capsule coffee machine in the room, fridge... Great! Generous bathroom, comfortable bed.

The hotel does not have any secured parking area. There is only "on street" parking provided by municipality (paid between 13:00 and 24:00 every day). The parking fee has to be paid in parking automat in neighboring street (current day only, following day you must pay again). The closest parking automat was out of order. It would be nice if the hotel provides payment service of the parking (I give them registration plate number, hotel pays the parking and includes it to the invoice for accommodation).

Super nice building and stylish, comfortable, clean and bright room. The design makes you wanna stay and relax in there all day! Very friendly and responsive stuff, also via chat. The area is beautiful and residential, a few minutes by bike to the beach. Nice shopping street just two minutes away! Also: super good breakfast. I had a very good time there.

It’s not that I didn’t like it, it’s for me very typical for Dutch building so it’s kinda part of the charm. The walls are very thin, you hear your neighbor laughing. No problem for me this time but I guess it could be not so nice if you have very noisy neighbors.

Everything was excellent here! The Reception staff was always helpful via email/phone/messages. I found the room spotless, and tried to keep it the same. There is everything you need as far as accomodation is concerned. Breakfast is good if you want to take it, but you're 4-500m away from a food store open 8-22 so you can get good food pretty much anytime. UberEats and other services deliver here, also. You're 8-9min away from Tram station and you can move around easily between the beach and the train station. In case you need taxi, at any time of the day/night you can schedule a ride through the Hofstad taxi app. Bolt, Sixt and Uber are also available. All and all, everything about Hotel Bries was awesome! Thank you Mirjam, Gijs and the rest of the team!

Would have loved to have a toaster in my room, however I didn't bother enough to ask for one - i am sure they would have provided me with one.

Hotel Bries is in a very nice area situated. Not really far from Scheveningen beach. Also for people with electric cars it is good to know that close to Hotel Bries there are a few charging spots. Parking might be a complicated but Hotel Bries has a wonderful solution for that if you don't use your card everyday. A tram station is also very close, so are bus stops. Use an OV-Chipkaart for trams etc. You can actually buy them in the trams and charge them. What I also liked was the way of communication. Through E-Mail or on the day of our arrival. As a tech-nerd you will like it and I won't spoil anything. :-)

It's not really a dislike, but some of the steps to the upper rooms might be a bit steep. But I am sure that the lovely staff will give you a hand if needed.

The location is very good to spend business time in an office near, as well it is a good location to walk to the sea and places of interest near (a bay for yachts, street food, restaurants). My room was perfect for a business trip, as well it was comfortable to have some meal in, which was bought in a supermarket near. There was a little kitchen space. The Interior was lovely.

Possibly the sound isolation was not perfect, but it did not matter. It was lovely to hear how seagulls sing outside ))

Hotel Bries is in a perfect location. Parking was available in front of the door, the walk to the Port is 8-10 minutes and the beach a mere 4-5 minutes further. The welcome we received was very personal and friendly, like meeting a long lost friend again. We got help moving our luggage up the stairs, and in the room there was a handwritten welcome note and some basic supplies. The room's very well equipped with a good AC, a kitchenette with a micro wave oven, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, cutlery, glasses etc. The shower is PERFECT. Just a great place to stay and chill.

It's absolutely not the Hotel's fault, but our upstairs neighbors were making more noise walking up and down and moving furniture than a herd of wildebeest during the annual migration in the Rift Valley. Great for the departure day wake-up call, but pretty annoying on other days. Maybe on the top floors there should be a friendly reminder to be considerate to downstairs neighbors.

Excellent hotel. No reception desk and everything is digitilised which means that you receive your keys via an online environment. With a simple slide in the hotel app you open the front and room door. There I was surprised with a personal welcome note and an actual key card. In case of problems or questions, the staff is a phone call away though. Location is terrific (very close to beach and nice shopping area Frederik Hendriklaan) and restaurants nearby. Room is spacious, clean, good shower and air conditioned. Kitchenette with Nespresso and tea. Loved it. See you soon!

Great communication and lovely friendly welcome by host and loved the location outskirts of suburb, amenities near by with easy access to public transport. Spacious, light airy but also cosy, comfortable and flexible accommodation as would suit an individual or up to a family of 4 comfortably. Cleanliness was to a very high standard and the ease of security access with electronic locks using your mobile was practical and most importantly the accommodation had a very comfortable bed with soft bed lien and fluffy towels.

Just be mindful that the staircase are narrow with a short tread depth, everything else was excellent.

The place is just great! We had 2 bedrooms: so stylish and super clean! Bunk bed for children is great. Beds, pillows, duvets are very comfortable and cozy. Bathroom is very clean and specious. Small kitchen to heat the food, fridge and all the kitchen equipment: dishes, cutlery, mugs, glasses - is great! It is very nice place to stay, definitely recommend! Big plus online self check-in and check-out! The only thing to take into account - no dedicated parking, but we were lucky to find a spot near the hotel.

This was a lovely place to stay! Clean, quiet, spacious, in a very pretty street. Super comfortable beds, kitchenette is well equipped. The hotel is fairly near to tram stops going to the station and the center as well as to the beach (you can also walk there, 10-15 minutes). Staff is very friendly and helpful, attentive to our needs and special requests.

Everything was just perfect, nothing negative to mention at all.
