all staff were very friendly and very helpful. location was a quiet area with nice views. Breakfast was a decent selection (although could have done with a toaster for bread). beds were comfy and rooms were clean. While location was a long walk from the centre or the beach these were easily accessible with the very good tram network. Helpful guide book for the area was in rooms.

the bathrooms in the rooms were split for some reason, I.e. shower and sink were in different room than the toilet this means to wash your hands after using the toilet you had to leave the toilet room walk all around the bedroom to the shower sink room which seems bizarre. as with many modern hotels there was no drawers or cupboards meaning storing items in room was made more difficult.

A very charming hotel, with a door you miss from the street—which is great, increasing the hotel's exclusivity. Everybody in the staff is very kind, there is always fruits, cookies, and an espresso machine available in reception. Bedroom is silent even though facing a main road. Very close to the city center, theaters and museums—and, four blocks from the tram headed for the beach. Nice cafés and restaurants a few meters from the hotel. Adorable.

During my stay, all was perfect. But I believe I was lucky with the weather. During hot days the lack of AC might be a problem.

Very good hotel. Clean light big room. Peaceful. Lovely, tasty breakfast (cheese, yogurt, eggs, pancakes and so on). Perfect bonus – coffee and waffles served for free 24 hours. That was really pleasant. I needed to work, and instead of sitting in room or in café, you can do your work in very lovely hall with big tables and cup of coffee! Specially I want to highlight hotel staff. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Two ladies in evening shift and guy in morning shift. Thank you! Such warm attitude! I really travel a lot, and here I met the friendliest receptionists. They well explained everything, they are friendly, very supportive. And I got a good feeling that they really love what they are doing! Very impressed! Thanks to them, If I go there one more time, I definitely will prefer to stay in this hotel.

Wow! What an exceptional hotel. I’m so happy we decided to book this hotel. They gave us a main floor room to make it easier to navigate with our stroller. It included a little terrace off the room. The bathroom was large with a bathtub and shower with lots of pressure and hot water. The breakfast was fantastic - scrambled eggs, bacon, boiled eggs, bread, fruit, yogurt, granola, smoothie, gluten free options (bread, granola, cereal), meat, cheese, coffee, tea, water, cereal. The staff were fabulous with our son- very welcoming and friendly; definitely made us feel at home staying here

Really can’t complain about anything- could’ve maybe used 1 extra pillow on the bed but I’m sure had we asked they would’ve given us another one.

Excellent location beside the busline to the beach, and just a few minutes walk to trams to centre or the beach. There was also a local shop, great local cafes and restaurants just literally across the street, perfect for a lazy holiday. The view from the room was lovely over the rooftops with great bed and lots of extra pillows. Staff were very helpful and from the moment you walk in, there was just a great spa feeling. Great selection at breakfast with delicious coffee.

Not a problem for me, but the stairs is quite steep and the lift is quite slow, but on holidays theres no rush and in holland I think a lot of the stairs are narrow and steep.

The staff were amazingly personable and helpful. The hotel cares about guest safety since everyone needs to be buzzed in. The public rooms were plentiful, nicely furnished, and comfortable. Our room for us (couple + teenager) was so darn spacious: totally unexpected but definitely appreciated. Tall ceilings and windows. Roomy bathroom. Nicely appointed living area: sofa, table & chairs, bookcase.

The only issue was the shower glass: The corner leaked quite a bit. (When I placed a towel at the inside corner, no leak.) I told staff and they were very apologetic. But this was such a minor maintenance issue.

We stayed here as a party of six on a cycling trip and it was without doubt the best stay of the week on the budget we had set ourselves. This boutique style hotel was stylish and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable with lovely little touches such as sweets on the bed and dressing gowns and higher end toiletries. There was free tea, coffee and refreshments down in the lounge and a superb breakfast - I especially enjoyed the homemade granola. Only possible negative was the very slow lift which might matter to those unable to climb stairs easily, but at least there was a lift. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Nothing to dislike

Quite literally perfect! Each member of the hotel team were extremely kind, helpful and friendly ! Upon leaving and entering the hotel we were always welcomed with a warm smile and a lovely greeting ! Particularly when we had arrived after a very delayed flight this really made our day !! The hotel was absolutely gorgeous; the room was beautiful; although small it was perfect for us !! The location was perfect - a 5 minute walk from the nearest tram line which could take you anywhere you wanted to go.

There is nothing we didn’t like; truly perfect !!

First of all being greeted by the most friendly and accommodating staff made the biggest difference and really put a smile on our faces. The rooms were wonderful and spacious even though the hotel overall has a boutique feel. The location is great, so close and convenient with lots of trams nearby and within walking distance to many attractions. The close by park is an excellent place for an evening stroll.

There is very little to complain about apart from the stairwell needing a proper vacuum. The service, facilities and staff were all excellent.

We booked a junior suite, it was large enough for a family with 1-2 kids. The hotel is located in a prime location with all shorts of convenience available by max 2-3 minutes walk. The main highlighting point for this hotel is, it is a home away from home. The behaviour of the hotel staff is very polite and that will feel like you are at home.

Bit expensive, more over that there are few items available in the room, which are not included in booking amount. By mistake if you or your kid(s) use any of those, then you have to pay 2-3 times more than normal market price for those items. Like bath bombs, some snacks, drinks etc. Very limited availability of breakfast buffet items. No in-house restaurant. No elevator. We didn't face that much of a problem as our room was on the 1st floor. But if you get a room on the higher floor and have heavy luggage, then it will be problematic.
