It looked like it was a new hotel with up-to-date decor and toilet areas. The bed was extremely comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Europe's small hotels can be questionable in this area, but the Stravinsky was new. The location was central Hengelo, right in the city center. It was also easy access to the train station.

The placement of the shower and toilet offered little privacy if there were two guests in the room. I traveled alone this time, so not an issue. If I had been with my partner, it would be an awkward situation.

Great location and great restaurant. Very friendly stuff. Fast check in and check out. Close to central station and a lot of shops and restaurants. I liked the espresso coffee machine and the tea at the room

We had a room looking at the back side and it was sometimes noisy because the waste containers were near. The toilet is integrated in the room and there is no door but it was not our first time at this hotel so it was not a surprise.

. The TV was always on for some reason and was impossible to turn it off. I guess that the previous guest took it from the wall and turn it around so the light of the screen doesn't annoy them. At 11am the housekeeping knock the door. We were getting ready to go. After 5 minutes, she just knock once and she opened the door and left it open while we were changing clothes, packing up, etc. A bit rude from her. The toilet and the bedroom are divided only by a glass. No walls or a door between. A bit weird to be sitting on the wc while other person is in the room, specially if isn't your couple...

The room is quite spacious with the way it is set up. Breakfast was very good, especially the very fresh buns. Very good mattress.

The room setup with no separtae bathroom is quite nice, but gives very little privacy when using the toilet. There was a connecting single door through which sound travelled from the other room. There was not really an option of sitting in the room for both of us since there was only one chair and the bed was not an option due to the wooden case around it.

The location is great - short walking distance from the Hengelo train station. Restaurant just at the same place. Staff very nice and helpful.

Toilet and shower in the room - very strange. Actually, in my case it didn't really matter, because I was alone, but for couples it siunds really strange.

Everything is spotless. The staff was amazing. The shower is weird located but it is big. But we really enjoyed the stay. Is it nice that the room has its own coffee-maker. Extra point!

The entrance is through the restaurant so it was weird coming back and having to zigzag between tables. Also the desk was a little small.

Coffe and tea, water in the room. Fan and safe in the room. In the middle of the centre. Public transport, train and bus on walking distance. Parking on walking distance (note when to pay at the machine).

A lot of noice untill 4.00 from the people going out and music. Very warm in the hall and on the stairs. Note, rooms are on the 2th and 3th floor, no elevator.

Coffee machine with pods is very good addition. Location very good. Parking closeby (affordable day rates) Value for money hotel

Windows do not open. The frosting in the windows is unnecessary. Open toilet (no door or dedicated extractor fan) So is good for very short stay

I really like this hotel, perfectly located in the centre of Hengelo, 5 minutes walk from the station. The room was clean and modern and I liked the open plan aspect of the bathroom although maybe this wouldn't suit everyone. I would reccommend the breakfast at 9.50 euros which was good value and plentiful. I certainly intend to stay again next time I'm at Hengelo. P.S. Metropool is an excellent music venue and just a short walk from this hotel
