Conveniently located near airport.

Inconvenient shuttle hours for early flights. We had to incur a 28 euro taxi fare.to get to airport to catch our 8 am flight. The hotel assesses a shuttle fee to go back to airport. It is free only from airport to hotel.

The hotel was nice, with polite staff, and nice facilities. I liked the cleanness of the rooms and lobby. They would do whatever they could for you if you asked them. The decoration of the room and lobby was nice as well.

Breakfast was not great, there were a few different options for you, but limited to a few options. Parking was Okay, but every time you had to tap the card to open the gates, it could recognize the plate. The towel I used, had a hole in it. In addition, the soap and shampoos were not great. The worst part was that I had to wait for more than half an hour before the room got ready, however, I arrived at 4 p.m., while the check-in could be done at 3 p.m.

The room was nice and spacious and the breakfast ample. The room had the feel of an American hotel with extra pillow and blanket and iron with ironing board already in the room as well as an ice machine in every other floor (which after traveling in Europe for 2 weeks were all welcome sights). Staff was friendly and helpful.

The internet in the room was a little spotty which was disappointing since I had work to finish and had booked a more "business" hotel hoping that the internet would be above average. They also advertise that they have necessities available upon request such as a hair straightener but when my wife asked for it they said there was only one and another guest had taken off with it so they didn't have one any longer.

We liked the location and the transportation from the airport to the hotel. The food was excellent. The personnel was able to speak other languages (like English) than dutch which makes it better to communicate.

We didn't knew that we had to pay and made reservation in advanced for transportation from hotel to schipholl. We were waiting for the shuttle and when we thought we could go the driver told us that we needed a voucher. This has cost us 30 minutes waiting for the next shuttle to arrive. If we had knew this in advanced we could buy our voucher earlier. Luckily we manage to reach on time at the airport.

Room : I booked 2 king rooms for my family, the room was clean, the bed was good, and the provided amenities are excellent. There is a sofa on the room, it's a bit firm than usual but it's not a big deal. Inside the cupboard there is a lockbox and an iron + ironing board. There is also a mini fridge if you need it. The TV channels are good, there's a kids channel that my 5 years old enjoy to watch. Apparently there's also a chromecast device but we didn't use it. The shower is nice, there are generous amount of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The provided towels are enough too. There wasn't any toothbrush and toothpaste though, but we didn't need it since we brought our own brush. Food : We didn't eat at the restaurant since there was a nearby restaurant (around 4 mins walk from hotel entrance) that we liked. Location : 15 minutes car ride using shuttle from Schiphol Airport, Shuttle is available every 30 minutes, you will need to reserve a shuttle if you want to go to the airport from the hotel. At the airport you can use any transportation (Trams, trains, bus, etc.) so you can go practically anywhere from the hotel. Staff : Everyone is so nice, during our check-in Theodora especially very helpful to us, she assigned us 2 rooms close to each other and she helps us a lot with the reservation and questions, making it an enjoyable experience. Wifi : Wifi speed is great, easy to connect, I can do my work from the hotel. Overall I enjoyed my stay here, quiet place but located in a very accessible location to explore Amsterdam (or Netherlands).

Just a little far from the main city but nothing else

Perfectly located to the Airport. We had to catch an early flight. The shuttle was just about 10 minutes. The shuttle ran on schedule. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. We spent the afternoon exploring Amsterdam and it was easy to take the shuttle to the airport and the train from there. Very convenient.

Everything was as it should be. The staff was “Dutch”, polite and to the point. Lacking a bit the overly enthusiastic attitude of their American colleagues, but that’s just personal preference. The hotel restaurant was just ok, but also nothing to complain home about

Rooms are big and and the Hotel itself is new. Restaurant/Breakfast was great. It will pass as a 10 or above especially the restaurant team. They were very accommodating and professional. Big thanks to them particularly Ms. Edith and Martina for going above their respective responsibility.

Could have been a perfect stay if only they manage to clean up our rooms. Not sure why on the second day they did not clean both rooms that we have, no clean towels, no tissue rolls!!! Another negative points for the hotel is there is not even a bottle of water available in your room. Usually hotel guess need some water refreshment after arriving from a long flight therefore its a must. They are giving free water but you have to call them first and worst they will even request you to pick it your self from the reception unless you insist to bring to your room. Don't even try calling reception, it will take you 5 or more calls for them to pick up!!!

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom facilities were great, especially the shower. However, I didn' t get my requested room on a upper level floor.

After I arrived from the USA. The staff informed me that there were no rooms ready and that I had to wait until 3:00 PM. I returned a little after 3:00 PM and then was told they didn't have any rooms available on the higher floors that I had requested, instead they gave me a room on the 4th floor. I requested a room on the upper floors when I booked this hotel. Customer service is lacking at this hotel!

Super comfy pillows Nice staff in check in. Although the one on the telephone (woman) who answered about the shuttle bus was quite impacient and not nice.

There was no shuttle bus after 11.15pm and I was waiting for half an hour. The person in the hotel informed me (not very nicely) that the last bus was at 11.45, and that was not right, so I ended up waiting for so long after two days travelling and really exhausted until a driver of a nearby hotel, who was the one who told me about it gave me a lift to my hotel. They charge for the shuttle back to the airport - although they didn't charge to me due to my experience the previous night.
