The Milestone Hotel

My recent stay at Hotel Milestone was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the friendly staff set the tone for a memorable visit. Everything was Perfect

When we first stumbled upon this property in b.com, it seemed too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it was online. Shova is the most thoughtful and gracious. She, provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around . The location is perfect, the beds were comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Shova had excellent restaurant recommendation and was of great help. Thanks Shova and Milestone Hotel for a wonderful hospitality. Will be back, Naill.

Location was in the middle of the Thamel 'action', yet in a quiet side street. All of the Staff were very attentive, and bent over backwards to cater to our needs, and offer us any assistance we required - almost like family. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast options were varied throughout the week, and offered Room Service if required.

Hot water needed to be 'turned up' on occasions, and Staff readily obliged.

Nice cute cosy hotel....clean....had all the basic necessary facilities for a comfortable stay....attentive & helpful staff....

Location may be a bummer a few.....tucked in an inside lane....a little difficult to find at first....need to put up sign boards on the main street

Attentive and serviable front-desk staff. Excellent location in the heart of Thamel. Excellent price-value combination :) I also liked the adjustable lighting in the room :) Also great that the hotel has an elevator, which other hotels in the area and in this price-range won't have.

They will only clean your room if you ask for it, which is OK. Just something to keep in mind. The room is small however it's still great value for the price.

The rooms are comfortable and hot water is always available. Wi-Fi in the rooms is good and there is space to work.

The rooftop restaurant and the room service for food hast to improve. On every second order they deliver something wrong.

Prabin was a great Support for our whole Stay. He helped us with all our Questions and he also organized a total of 8 Trips for us wich we all really enjoyed a lot. He was the most helpfull and friendly guy we meet in our 3 week if Traveling through Nepal.

The rooms were so nice and the ambient was top notched. Idk if you care, but with this price range, we had one of the best bathrooms. Staffs were very welcoming. We had to check in early, and they streamlined the checkin very easily. Wifi was very good and I think this might be my new go to leisure place
