Wonderful mountain location, with excellent outdoor seating area. Excellent staff at all the dining facilities.

Mediocre breakfast buffet. No reservation system for the spa led to unpredictable crowding in the facilities. Nobody had the guts to tell a local family their crying infant should not be taken into the 45 degree steam room.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all our expectations. Everything was exceptionally clean, and we were impressed by the spa and sauna area - it was very relaxing! The hotel surroundings were very quiet and calm, which made it the perfect retreat for a peaceful weekend away 💆🏻‍♀️ Our room was comfortable and spacious, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and dinners were varied and tasty. The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, with stunning views all around, and we enjoyed exploring the area. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable break.

I have stayed at Bianca several times each time to go skiing at the ski resort nearby. The lobby has a nice seating area and bar/café. It's not too far from the main road to the motorway, or the road to the ski resort. The room is warm and comfortable and the staff are friendly. We regularly go and use the spa which is clean and well-maintained and the spa staff do good massages if you have been skiing and need a warm-down. All in all, it is a great looking hotel (from the outside) and a good place to stay if you are going skiing/hiking.

The hotel could do with some investment to give it a bit of a face-lift and improve certain services. Some of the facilities do look a bit old and there is no kettle or coffee machine in the room. The major drawback is the breakfast. It really needs a rethink. The food is not great with very old coffee and juice machines. Plus with all the investment in Kolasin there are now Coffeine and La Parisienne (two Montenegrin cafe/bakery franchises) open. So, it might make more sense to grab a coffee and breakfast from there before going skiing/hiking.

I returned after 15 years and was happy to see that Bianca is still one of the best hotels in the north of Montenegro. The design is cool - lots of wood and stone, all done in a traditional mountain style. The spa is good and the pool huge. Nice gym too. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff.

In our bathroom, some things were not well planned - for example toilet was unnecessarily close to the sinks, and the shower door did not close properly. There was no coffee or tea in the room - a bit unusual for such a good hotel.

Unfortunately, the hotel was overcrowded with Albanian guests during our stay, so that sometimes camping conditions prevailed

Staff is great. They are friendly but professional as well (speaking about line staff). Big thanks for Drazen from Front Desk, Ivan from the Bar and Milos from Ski concierge for making our short stay memorable. FD agent, a girl on our c/o was very nice (didn’t catch the name, sorry). Breakfast is very good and restaurant staff is helpful and kind. p.s. we had early check in!

Two things: 1) Due to business reasons our stay was short (just one night) and unfortunately didn’t have chance to use SPA properly. We asked for late check out, it was not possible and that is understandable. But when we asked can we instead of late c/o visit spa shortly, we were informed guests are not allowed to use spa at all after the official check out from the system. As someone who is from hotel industry and kind of world traveler as well, found that very strange. Hotel facilities should be accessible shortly if late check out is not possible. 2) There was no dental set in the room (nor per request) ...

The size of our room, lighting & seating was very good. Plenty of mirrors, space and wardrobe provision - really practical use of space. It was amazing value for money. All the communal spaces and dining areas were very nice too. The pool and spa area (included in the price!) looked excellent, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it. The staff were helpful with advising on Gluten Free options and the food and service was really nice.

The lighting outside our room and corridor was so subdued it was very difficult to see, avoid furniture and find your room key! It’s a minor comment - we really did enjoy our stay.

I checked in Bianca Resort on July 2022. I booked the presidential suite. I had a pleasant experience at the Hotel .Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! They kindly surprised us with a birthday celebration cake. the hotel had amazing view and great location. the suite was exceptional. the kids loved the indoor pool .We’re planning to visit again in winter .Thank you! Will recommend to my friends !

There is no air conditioning in the hotel and the bugs bothered us when we open the window.

Excellent hotel. Unique in structure, full of beautiful and special historical items such as tools, old suitcases, etc. The whole hotel is built of a beautiful combination of wood and stone. Ample parking. We were upgraded without request to an ececutive room. We got a spacious room, quiet, very beautiful, clean. There are lifts in the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, varied, delicious. In the evening it was possible to eat according to the menu / A 'la carte or buffet, the cost of the buffet was 18 euros per person. We chose a buffet, what a mistake, the food was bad. Not tasty, not worth the price. The staff at reception and in most of the hotel are very nice and have service attitude. Happy to help and explain. The hotel has a pool, gym and spa. We were told at the reception that the temperature in the pool is 27-28 degrees Celsius. We went to see and then came across a hotel employee / pool worker, who was not very kind and / or nice. We then returned to the pool, properly dressed for swimming. Near the pool was a sign that the water temperature is 27-28 degrees Celsius. I went into the water and as I thought cock-and-bull story. The temperature was maybe 21 degrees Celsius. I went out and told the same employee that it could not be that the temperature is 27-28 degrees Celsius and he with a fake smile said "No, maybe 23 degrees Celsius ....", he was very disgusting in his behavior. In summary an excellent hotel despite all the glitches listed.

The horltel’s beautiful location surrounded by lovely nature especially the tall pine trese, which have the impression of being in the middle of a Forest.

Nothing it was all great and the staff were very polite, friendly and able to accommodate any special requests necessary. The room should be equipped with a kettle maybe, as most 4* hotels have this extra included in the rooms. But since the staff were good at making teas for me, I did not find this to affect me too much.
