The staff was helpful and was there for any even tiny mater. We also received a room upgrade and small gifts from the hotel, which was lovely. I really enjoyed the spa - it is quite big and there were not many people there. There was also a possibility for a massage for 2 at the same time. Breakfast was also really good (I got the take-away breakfast prepared and it was just right for to-go, my companion enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel and it was really good).

I didn’t really like the fact that the spa does not just open with your hotel key - someone has to come and open it for you, you also don’t get extra towels by default or sheets (at least in Europe sauna has to be entered rather in sheets than in bikini). Also the sauna is open not only for hotel guests - so I can imagine that in the summer it can get pretty crowdy.

1) Room was clean, modern and comfortable, we had a quick check in, also we got a parking below the hotel. 2) Spa in the hotel was charming, we spent a lot of time there, but we didn't try massage or other procedures. 3) Perfect location, everything were within walking distance - shopping, restaurants, parks and sightseeings. 4) Hospitable staff, I pointed out that we are just married and have a mini honey moon after wedding, we supplied us with a. better room and a present (cakes, fruits and wine), it was very sweet, we didn't even expect this. Because all we wanted was just a quiet room. 5) Good breakfast with a nice choice, also I can recommend the restaurant on the first floor, it is perfect for a cocktail break, dinner or date.

room is well suited for family with kids,

not awared, that spa is is limited for kids till 5pm - thanks to hotel we managed that. very noisy and no sound Isolation in the rooms - in adjacent room somewhere the talks were till 5AM, not good at all. The door arm was broken inside, the robes were not supplied at the arrival. I never ask for help with luggage but at this time we had a lot of luggage and on my question can they help with luggage, they started to move.

Breakfast was great, a lot of choices. The hotel staff was really friendly, location was great for our purposes, not far from the centre of the city either. Food in the restaurant in the evening was tasty. We were also upgraded to a apartment which was nice, it had a huge balcony. A very pleasant stay!

Property was great and also a location. Hotel was clean and room was big and comfortable. Parking also was great and connected with hotel.

Breakfast was horrible and staff was very unkind. Staff were talking to each other and when I asked them about meals they just leave and they never come back. Coffe machine was full and it was impossible to maka a coffe and no one came out to fix that. We were eating 45 minutes and in that time no one cameout to make sure is everything ok. That was horrible.

Very good, professional service (not too much smiling though 😊) Room was perfect - roomy, comfortable, clean. Special bonus was the comfortable sofa, which provided me a nice relaxing moment together with Netflix and a class of wine.

The staff was doing their job really good, however a bit of smiling would have made it all a (significant) bit better.

The food at the restaurant was only so so. It was bland in comparison to food in other parts of the country. I had to add salt to it.

CUE Podgorica maybe the best choice in Podgorica. Very comfortable place in the center of the city, near with sightseens and shopping mall. Openhearted and welcoming reception, comfortable bed, cleaness, greate restaurants outside. It was a very pleasure time.

We liked how kind and helpful the staff were. The Spa was outstanding and the restaurant too. We liked the breakfast. This hotel is 10/10 . Guys on the reception were perfect. The hotel located on the center what was a big advantage for us

The Front Office team - Excellent -- very supportive and always there for you... made us feel comfortable..excellent location and has a very good parking .. House keeping is good but not great...

The Buffet Breakfast during the weekdays arent good at all.. standard food and very boring and no options. The only hotel which has an egg station and does not provide Omlettes. Breakfast should avoided..
