Really big and spacious room with a big fridge too. Beds were nice and comfortable. Room was really clean. Nice garden with a pool (but we didn't use it). We arrived before the check in time and they let us leave all our bags there without any problems. It is a 5 minute walk from the ferry harbour and all the city centre. The area is quiet at night. On the roof you have a whole area where you can put your stuff to dry (we are scuba divers so it was a great discovery for us and we managed to have everything dry before packing and leaving). Great plus too is the fact that in the reception area there is water for free so you can refill your bottle of water at any time and you don't need to buy plastic bottles. We had some drawers and wardrobe, and small soap/shampoo are available in the room too. Air con in the room

The only thing we didn't like so much was the door to the toilet/shower area. For the rest all was good

The hotel has all the required facilities. Beds could be better, but good enough. The pool is small but very nice, it also has a small garden with... Wait... Turtles!!!! This was a nice experience. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they made our stay way better! Thanks guys!!! I would definitely come back.

Some facilities could be better, however the staff support overrides any defect the hotel could have.

Good value for money compared to other places with similar proximity to centre of San Miguel Pool was nice to cool off - a little dated Big room Effective air con but just a bit noisy Free drinking water was a plus ! Clean

Pillows a bit flat but that's just personal preference Room walls thin so you can hear the people in rooms next door

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the bathroom. The shower worked pretty well, and it was a pleasure showeering in there! Even if the room was older, it was well kept

A big dealThe pool was a much smaller than it looked in pictures... and the place looked a little old... like there was no maintenance happening to make it look better. But it was clean, so it wasn't a big deal

Nice pool, great sized room, water in the foyer to drink, good location, staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to stay here!

No complaints, I enjoyed everything about the property. Wifi signal was a bit weak in the room but it still worked!

The sliding door to the toilet is not working properly. A better quality door would be nice.

Small 12 room hotel with rooms on three floors on a residential quiet street just 10 minutes walk to beachfront and ferry terminal. Had free coffee in reception in mornings, large fridge/freezers in room.

Room was not ready for 3 p.m. check in. On a very tiny plot and swimming pool photo rather flattering.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, it's 2min walk from the center of town. The room was very big with a nice AC. We even had a fridge and a table in the room. The swimming pool is nice. There was free water at disposal which is always very appreciated in Mexico.

All personnel were nice, cheerful and accommodating. I felt it authentic, non commercialized. Pool looked small, but was adequate as I got used to it.

Found pharmacies in area inadequate for noxema or chap stick so keep that in mind.
