Hotel Fortin Plaza

Big rooms, very comfortable. Nice view. Staff was very helpful. The pool is clean and surrounded with plants, so it was a nice thing to come back to after a long day, even though there is some noise coming from the road below.

It is a little bit out of town right by a big road that is not easy to cross. The restaurant (including breakfast) is better avoided - food is subpar especially for Oaxaca, and there is no atmosphere

Was disappoint with the food over all and not just your restaurant as we had been to Mexico before whilst our son was working in Mexico

The menu of the restaurant is somewhat limited, except for breakfast, when the menu is really great. (I wish the breakfast menu would also be available the rest of the day, but that's a matter of personal taste)

We got a room with a beautiful Mountain View, was nice to have a pool especially during the hottest part of the day so one can dip to cool off. Beds were super comfy and receptionist (especially Alex) + housekeeping were competent.

Was a bit difficult to cross the big highway.

Very clean hotel with super available staff: from the check-in to the check-out they assisted me with all kind of inquiries. The restaurant offers really good meals (with happy hours for drinks) at an affordable rate. Room service also works great.

The food was good in the restaurant And the staff was very pleasant.

The bathtub was extremely dirty i had to clean it to be able to use it. Coffee was not provided so we could take advantage of the coffee maker in our suit. We had to pay for extra water we were only provided with 2 small bottles thru out our stay we payed 3 times for water.. in a suite that was the first time that we payed for water in a hotel room, never ever in a suit. The key card had to change every day it would not work every time we would come back to the suit. Not sure we will be recommending to our friends and family your establishment ( Hotel Fortin Plaza)

very cozy. restaurant foods are delicious

Noisy because of restaurant construction. the elevator is very small and only one for a six floors building. the pool is a tub. the parking lot is terrible. but overall I love it.

The entire property is amazing, from Architecture, Service and Food..

I realize that every hotel as good rooms and bad rooms, but for sure I was assigned the worst room in the Hotel. #331,this room was like a shoe box in the corner of the hotel and not even a window to look out, but rather a canvas fake forest scenery. Seriously, not even my dog would feel comfortable. It was simply horrible, but as I told the receptionist, she did all she could to accommodate.

Lovely staff particularly in the restaurant . Very good housekeeping. Room cleaned thoroughly. Walking distance to old town centre Great artwork around foyer and in the restaurant

WiFi coverage in our room was pretty poor. Stable connections were only near the entry door, and there was zero signal near the table or bed.
