Austin Park Hotel

The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable. It is very near to Austin Water and Adventure Park and good food! There is a well stocked supermarket and a Mr DIY shop just at the Ground Floor. There is also a popular dessert shop and cafe as well. Also can refill water at their water dispensers.

No hand soap provided so we had to buy one for our stay. The WiFi is kind of slow although bearable. Strangely they said need password to login but we can only use the Free WiFi. Breakfast is simple with few varieties but able to fill stomach. For those who wants to go Austin Waterpark, do note they are closed on Tue and Wed. we wanted to go on Monday but rained so they close but we were not aware that they close on the following 2 days. Their website did not even mention the closure dates and their posters and even the signage at counter said opened daily.

Apart from the traffic, the location was great! The rooms were spacious, clean and bedding comfortable. The buffet breakfast spread was reasonably good and varied. The hotel was very spacious at all its functional spaces. I was surprises to see a mini water theme park next to the Hotel!

1.The fried chicken during breakfast looked cooked outside but was undercooked, still could see the seasoning residue. 2. Wish there was Queeen sized bedding option. 3. Perhaps extra floor mat for bathroom. 4. The towels and floor mat could have been fresher and softer 5.The floor mat was quite worn off.

We booked family room with 2 big beds. Bigger thsn king sizes. Room is spacious toilet is clean.toohpaste toohbrush shampoo are provided. Complimentry mineral waters. Bed is comfortable! Breakfast is delicious. Location is good. Downstairs has a supermarket and surrounded with many restaurants and cafes . But the street is jammed with traffic especially weekend night. Avoid driving at night . Can refill waters as there are 4 or 5 cuckoo water dispencers at the lobby. Due to some misunderstanding, We paid extra breakfast fee for my 4 yrs old son but they refunded to us during check out . The process is fast . I reconmended this hotel.

THE BREAKFAST WAS OK . WE LIKED WHAT WAS SERVED ESPECIALLY THE COFFEE AND THE MENU VARIES DAILY. THE BEDS WERE COMFY AND THE ROOM WAS NICE.

REFILL WAS A BIT SLOW COZ WE CAME IN A BIT LATE FOR BREAKFAST AND WASNT LEFT WITH MUCH TO CONSUME. WE WOULD APPRECIATE IF GUESTS COULD INFORM IN ADVANCE THAT THEY COULD NOT EAT BREAKFAST AT HOTEL BUT WERE PROVIDED WITH A SIMPLE PACKED SANDWICH INSTEAD. ALSO THE PILLOWS WERE A BIT NECK BREAKING.

I like the daily breakfast and daily housekeeping service the hotel provided. The room is huge and clean as well as the toilet. The bed is very comfortable and big. The breakfast was yummy and the menu changes everyday which is great, love their nasi lemak. The hotel nearby has many restaurants, bars, desserts and convenience stores. I would like to stay here again next time. 😊

The hotel didn't provide hand soap and only had two in one hair and body wash.

Cleaniness, convenience, value for money . There was no carpet in the room, which was great. Breakfast included in the price. Spacious room, great for families of 4, 2 king bed. Many shops around the hotel - cafe, bakeries, local food, nail, hair salon, etc. Water Park is just next to the hotel. Would stay again to explore the place. Supermarket and Mr DIY on G level.

Non - stayed for 1 night.

Convenient and safe for family with kids! Many eateries nearby. The room is clean, just a little smell in toilet which was acceptable. Would have gotten an air freshener for the toilet but only stayed for 1 night so we put up with it. But overall the entire room was cleaner than expected! V quite too, no foot stamping and such.

The toilet that smells quite a bit. The room we got has no view and is close to the opposite room. So most of the time we had to have our curtains drawn.

All facilities in the room were great! One of the best hotels I stayed at - good shower head, clean toilet, good aircon and good view from the window. Location was awesome as it’s near the tea shops at Mount Austin, so we conveniently strolled back to hotel after sipping on some bubble tea.

Not many TV channels to watch, and the bed sheet is slightly stained. But other than that the rest were fine.

Hotel is right in the heart of Mount Austin, within walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops. It is also possibly the most luxurious hotel in the vicinity. Our room is huge and clean. Our beds are big but a bit hard. The price comes with breakfast (but we prefer to eat out given the choices nearby). It has free parking in the basement.

Need to drive to get there. Fortunately, we drove.

When my friends and I checked out the room we booked, we were delighted to find that it was spacious and bright (good lighting). The design of the bathroom to the beds and room facilities were wonderfully adequate for our staycation. The view was unblocked and looked out to the distance of nearby shophouses and water park.

More varieties of TV channel can be provided for guests, especially those on a longer stay.
