After hours of research, I officially went outside and tested the lore. Despite my hesitation, I was satisfied with the smell and taste of the waters.
When I got back from vacation, I noticed a large gap in my security where they access files. I was surprised this problem occurred.
Is this problem preventable? This occurred the night of the party as I wanted to be able to go for a quick jog before everyone arrived, but overlooked the issue. Could hiring someone as a security guard be the answer?

No lift, room was on the 3rd floor. Really old, no sound proofing - can hear next door occupant very clearly. Can hear outside vehicles, and restaurant / kitchen. Floor is not clean.

Not good, but staff was helful except being grateful for having a place to stay for the night.
first, I read theres a lift but there was no lift.. Not recommended for elderly to stay in. Room was dusty, aircon was slightly weak. keycard was old and they hanging keys could go missing..

Staff collected RM20 deposit, Check out time didn't mention what time, although my tel was given, was late around 1.15pm check out and the staff said the deposit was burned due to late check out. Why is the management didn't call although you ask for tel no when check in? Then what is the purpose of taking my tel? Room was smelly when check in Room gas smoking smell on the bed and the bed sheet has a lot of stain.
