Sunway Lost World Hotel

It’s clean. Comfort and spacious room that i experience.

1. Less choice of breakfast. 2. No heavy protein to go with morning breakfast of nasi lemak (like chicken or fish).

The room is comfortable with enough space for the kids to run around. Close vicinity to the theme park is also a big plus for us. Love that the room rates also include tickets for Night Park.

Breakfast has quite limited choice of food. The cafe is outside the hotel and about 5 minutes walk away from the hotel (theme park area). It maybe a bit troublesome if it rains in the morning or if you have young children or elderly travelling with you.

the check in counter is too far from the parking. make sure you look for it before unload all your things. and there is no sign to tell you which room belongs to whic block. there is two block and you will only know once you in the elevator. ohh the discount for the theme park were given in a receipt. such a hassle. they could just provide it with the room access card.

location is good staff was super nice and helpful. place are quite cozy for stayed.

bed sheets are very awful water mark and blood(similar) mark all over the bedsheet pillow cover quite yellow like many years ago. And one thing very important which the bed side table and luggage cabinets got very sharp edge and my 2 years old baby was hit by the sharpest edge. fortunately not so serious but little scar on his head… I wish hotel management will seriously take action to prevent the next victim.

-Most important of all, staff is at the glamping buggy car counter there is over friendly, very kind and helpful, because of them my stay very comfortable, please give them bonus for their excellence performance -Breakfast is simple but acceptable -Feels like VIP when you stay inside glamping -The sightseeing, environment, nature and the river fish, i purposely sit car go out market buy food for the fishes

-Some of the lost world adventure park close too early or need booking early to play -Villa is the most expensive but the cleanliness can be better, example the wall, top shelves and many more little places, luckily the bed is clean -Outside chief villa balcony there can put a light, i see two other villa has light outside but chief villa don't have -The toilet fan seems not working pretty well, after i take a dump, i can smell it lingers in my toilet for 2 days even though i already flush and clean it

Room: Basic, and sufficient. Can improve on cleanliness but overall good. Great experience of a floating villa. Breakfast: Can improve on variety. Taste is good. Well-prepared. Information should be provided on how to check-in at the villa. The guests need to be directed to Sunway Lost World Hotel first. Then wait for the arrangement of the buggy. The staff at Lost World Hotel and The Villa are very helpful and friendly. Thumbs up for them.

Maintenance of the villas. More staff should be allocated at the villa area so that guests will not have to wait for long time for the buggy at evening or night time.

The frontdesk is good they allowed us to check in at 1+ as we have old folks and the staffs are nice And they managed to get us a connecting room which we are grateful for so that we can take care of the oldies

- no restaurants for dinner unless into the themepark and nothing much to choose there other than the ipoh street food. - and our hotel rate includes a night hot spring which is from 6pm and it started to rain when we just finished with our dinner. End up we did not go for the hot spring but back to our room

Everything... the staff love their life in the park and is very sharing of their experiences... special shout out to Audi, the first staff that greeted us, showed us our room and the park, his enthusiasm for giving us a very good experience is what makes our stay even a morememorable one... he even go extra mile to help us ordered the BBQ set even after the pre-order timing... He waited for us to set up the BBQ and was fast to clear up when we are done with dinner... And thanks to the chef who came back to prepare the food for us too... the food quality and standard is great... the portion is said to be for 4 but I think it can easily feed 5 adults... we are quite big eaters but we couldn't finish the food... it is definitely worth it to get the BBQ dinner if you ever stay there...

Nothing I din like... but if I were to pick one I would say bring along mosquito repellant if you are prone to mozzie bites... Go for a night walk after hours without the crowd is quite an experience.

the staffs treatment was excellent. kind, considerate, accommodating and friendly. I had a fall during my stay, they made sure to follow up and let the rest team know a guest had a fall and check in on me. The fall was not in any part of their properties but they took extra care! Preya, alya, jaspreet(i might have gotten her name wrong, shan. and the one responding my booking message as well as the boys handling the traffic. just a marvelous stay under the care of marvelous team

Room is spacious have a long sofa that can be a sofa bed. All clean and comfortable. Will come again and spend more time here with family. Breakfast all delicious. Staff give more information no need to ask they will guide you and explain regarding nightpark, breakfast through the map. The 3 in 1 coffee provided in room actually really delicious too. I think you can buy from the lobby the one with receptionist. I dont asked because i only drink and found out delicious when I already at another hotel at genting.

Hotel given water that can refill using their own bottle not like usually other hotel give mineral water that we can bring to our car and drink while go back home. If you bring elderly, make sure to bring their wheelchair because restaurant for breakfast is at another building near to themepark not the same building of the hotel room.
