Centro Mada Amman by Rotana

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Centro! The location couldn't have been more perfect as it was situated close to all the main hangout spots in the area. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority at this hotel. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. Moreover, it was quiet and peaceful in the room despite their being a lounge upstairs. As for the breakfast, it was delicious and included a variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever visit Jordan again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful including valet and room cleaners. Room was clean and comfortable with good space.

Booking system was a bit mess and the reception couldn’t manage it. Communication between the hotel and Booking.com should be improved.

I’ve tried centro mada rotana 3 times now ..the night staff at rotana centro mada are amazing… they are very wonderful helpful and super kind and polite… i love them. always a no. 1 choice for me.

Although it’s a 4 star hotel, it certainly felt more of a 5 star to us. Facility is very new and modern and very welcoming. Highly recommended if you will be spending most of the time outside. The breakfast was excellent and nothing less than what a 5 star hotel would offer. Gym was good for a quick workout and the rooftop bar/pool was pleasant. I would say the overall experience was really great considering have also a toddler with us. In room dining is 24 hours which was great!

1. Valet and security staff were very annoying as they kept on trying to have conversations with guests. Although there is nothing wrong with that but there is also a limit. 2. In room dining food needs to be improved a little bit specially with variety. 3. Many of the staff lack the hospitality attitude except 2 front desk staff which were very professional. 4. No espresso machine in the room. 5. Check in was slow 6. You cannot self park in the hotel parking due to local laws pertaining to security reasons as the hotel claims and you need to hand over to valet which i find a little contradicting as valet is not responsible of the car in terms of theft or damage. So if you want to self park, it has to be outside the hotel on the side of road as that’s the only place.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. Hotel has restaurant that is open 24/7 which is very comfortable, especially traveling with children. The rooms were clean and modern. It's definitely the hotel to go to if you travel to Aman.

The only thing I could mention is that hotel is on the busy street and the noise could be heard through out the night.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable with nice modern furniture. Also, I enjoyed breakfast which has a variety of foods. I had a very pleasant stay there for 3 nights. I will come back again.

Cleaning could be better and the hotel should put more amenities such as a teeth brush and corm. During the rush hours of breakfast, especially when a big group of people come to the breakfast at one time, the staff should be more careful about cleaning tables, refilling food, and assisting newcomers.

The rooms are interconnected and separated by a locked door, which allows noise from the neighboring room in, if the guests staying are particularly loud. I have been here multiple times, and it hasn't been an issue for me, although some might find it bothersome.

they restored our faith in the hospitality industry! everything was on point, the breakfast was very delicious and had a huge variety of food, the staff all helpful and smiling all the time, the rooms were. we will definitely visit again..

there was a shortage in the towels supply, yes it was inconvenient mostly, but the staff really handled the situation well that you can just not stay mad 😅 and there was some noise from the rooftop parties, however we didn’t hear much after midnight
