Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel

Spa zone was excellent. Everything worked properly, clean to a shine, very comfortable. Breakfast was good, a little bit basic for such hotel, but everything was fresh and tasty. Christmas decoration of hotel proved nice mood of guests.

Complete absence of welcome. Our single rooms were booked in midfloor several months ago, the girl by name Tatyana told us that they would be on the second floor, and there was no other option. Only mentioning negative review in Booking helped to reveal the options, and they were really with nice view to the city. However, in the room even single banana or apple did not wait for me. Taking in an account that everyday price was around 300$ per nose, it could be possible to get some tiny present.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Yehya and Rakkan made us feel right at home from the moment we checked in and made sure all our requests were immediately met. The room was incredibly spacious and fit 3 people very comfortably. The food quality was excellent. All staff we came into contact with with friendly, attentive and knowledgable. The hotel is beautiful, clean, welcoming and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The location is excellent too.

My only comment would be that the heating wasn't working properly and the room was quite cold. Our trip was in February so the weather outside was chilly. In fairness we did not complain about this and if we had I am sure it would have been seen to by a member of staff.

The staff are very helpfull at the reception, and the room service when you ask for anything. The breakfast is very good. The pool and inside pool are big and nice.

The vallet system, for the hotel guests i beleive it should be free. Having to pay 3 4 times a day to see the vallet guy parks the car couple of meter away from us. The room was missing hand soap and towels when we did the check in, in 2 rooms and we had to call room service who seemed to wait for tip for it (in the 2 rooms), but in the following days everthing was great.

1- staff are great, very welcome, warm with hospitality in its true sense, they addressed all my comments in a very efficient and nice way. 2- internet is very good, I did all my work and calls with very stable internet. no stress 3- hotel is very clean, just room windows need to be cleaned. 4- breakfast was very good, many options. wasn’t bored though I stayed 4 nights. 5- location is good. i used Uber to moved around. 6- I didn’t like the room they put me in at first then they moved me to a nicer room once I complained. 7- they have nice lounge, I sat there to finish my work with a nice drink or lunch. hotel wasn’t crowded at all which was a bonus

it was exceptional, amazing, comfortable, and etherial. Also all the waiters in Spice Garden (the breakfast restaurant) are great, specially Mr “Mohammed Saad” which is one THE BEST and MUST be rewarded for his hospitality, and for being professional at his work. we really wished to extend our stay because of the way he made us like the place.

Everything was perfect.

Beautiful architecture, great view, decent food and awesome service. Mohamed was very Accommodating with our need checking out. Ganeah, night duty manager was super helpful with selecting the room and practical ideas for Petra.

Located in a beautiful setting but a little bit away from Petra’s main attraction.

10/10 experience. Great location, awesome facility, staff is beyond expectations and amenities throughout were top tier. The lounge experience was a great addition to my booking with really good food and a nice dining area. Will definitely return to this location, it was worth every penny and was a high class introduction to Amman.

The breakfast was very good , and service was excellent, however due to measures related to Corona virus as well as the less number of guests , the general service & environment looked less than before .

Better managment for The pricing of rooms and services offered in various promotion sites should be matching the supply & demand .

The best hotel gym all over the world, with sauna, pool. Clean. Simple, but fresh breakfast. Fast wifi. Friendly staff. Free entrance to club room if executive room is booked. We really unexpected enjoyed

Cards for elevator - always lose charging, need yo be reactivated at reception. Wifi connection ox terrible, you need to pass through restarying web page for reconnection. These two funny quests within the hotel.

Its a nice room and great location

The pool and gym are always very busy with visitors from outside the hotel, we never find a proper place to sit
