staff were unfriendly on multiple occasions, the second time we stayed here was much better as the room is located on the higher floor and facing different aspects. The pillow was comfortable, and they said we couldn't ask for extra pillows, so using the extra towels for 6 days to be more comfortable and sleep better however only here for the location.

The location is in the heart of Shinsaibashi shopping district, just across in Don Quijote, nothing more I could ask, I really love the location, just a few steps you're in Dotonbori, shopping after shopping you can bring back your shopping bag to your hotel to empty your hand

this hotel was newer, CLEAN, and located one block from Dotombori street/area. it’s a 5 min walk from the station and a 5 minute walk from the market and shopping street. I felt safe, it was inexpensive, it has washer/dryer in the lobby and is a block away from a combini. I highly recommend!
