Hotel Vista Osaka Namba

I had room with a great view of the city scape. Very comfortable room with all the amenities needed. Laundry services. Great wifi! Beautiful shower. Trendy rooms. Centrally located near the famous dontonbori water way area and the metro stations. Lots of great dining spots and shopping areas. Hotel is gorgeous, also atop a 7-Eleven. Staff was so accommodating when I asked to extend stay for 2 extra nights. My sister had her own room and the concierge also supported her in extending her stay as well. So much to explore in the area!

The heat inside hotel was on the warmer side. Understandable since I was there in December. Thankfully the windows open a bit to air out a warm room and there's AC.

Location is great, 7/11 just right below the hotel. Room was quite spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful.

There was something wrong with our booking at first (wasn't really sure if who was at fault) so we had to book on site for our room.

Location was perfect to explore Osaka. Close to walk to the main areas, also close to subway system and train station so can be used as a base. We visited Nara, Kyoto, and more from here. Shop downstairs is ideally located. Area full or restaurant and key sights a short walk away. Shower was nice and powerful and hot. Bed comfortable and firm. The room was spacious for Japan and was very clean, bedding and room cleaning done as advertised and to a high level. Staff helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

Not much to add here as a negative, we would recommend this hotel. At night sometimes you can hear cars on the main road but (and I'm a light sleeper who struggles) this didn't disturb our sleep.

Location is good very close to Dotonbori several markets and a huge shopping and resturant district. The rooms are bigger than average by Japanese standards.

Skip the breakfast you can do better it wasn't horrible but it wasn't worth what I paid. There's a some green-washed cost cutting in the guest services branded as environmental initiatives. If they were serious about the environment, there would not be so much disposable plastic used at breakfast.

Place was very near dotonbori and like 5 miin walk to kuromon. Very near station also. Rooms bigger than most rooms near dotonbori that i have stayed before. I like the way that you get what you need from the lobby like the vanity kit, razors, wash cloth etc. Very helpful to the environment. Coffee bar is also a plus thing for coffee drinkers like me. Restroom to shower configuration is very efficient and also water pressure is very nice.

The location was great, steps away from a couple of transit stations. Steps away from Dotonbori. 7-Eleven just outside hotel exit. Room is large, bathroom is great.

Staff was just OK, compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Japan. (FYI only, this part of Osaka is not as clean as other parts of Japan. ) Breakfast costs extra and didn't look very good so we did not purchase it.

I Give All STAFFS 10/10 : They are all superb, and very well hospitality. Room is super clean, and all amenity is good with free hot/cold coffee 24 hours, Next to famous Glico Street, 7-11 is next door and all restaurant is around, 5 minute walk to Subway. Strongly Recommended AAA++++++++++ I will stay here again if I visit OSAKA

Really conveniently located, a short walk to Dotonburi with excellent amenities and customer service. They even helped us to organise sending our luggage to our next hotel.

The ac was a little weak, it worked well though. The pillows were also a little flat (very minor complaint tbh)

Conveniently located and nice accomodating staff.

The hotel was pleasant and supported all our needs. Breakfast was a little unusual and hot food selection may need a menu revisit by management.

Very new and comfortable although room is not very big. Has coin-operated washing machines which progress you can monitor through the TV in the room. Room comes with daily mineral water.

Slightly far from the main Namba station.
