Stylish design, exceptional efficient and friendly staff, great location for shopping and restaurants!

Swimming pool is exposed to a bar where they held parties over the weekend, extremely noisy and disturbing when you are trying to swim and relax, guests at the party were taking pictures of us swimming, the organizers were taking videos including us, totally no privacy and making us feel like fish in an aquarium! One staff, Takuro Murotsu, Welcome Ambassador Head Coach, was horrible and rude, he refused to make a reservation for us for lunch on our last day as he said it was against hotel policy to help guests who have checked out!

W Osaka was situated only minutes from the famous Dotonbori street. The hotel itself is a fun and vibrant vibe. Rooms are extremely comfortable and the service at the hotel was exceptional. We stayed during Christmas and the only thing we didn't anticipate was that all the restaurants in the hotel would be booked out for the entire duration of our stay however the team at the W did do everything they could to assist us. Buffet breakfast was exceptional

Only thing that we didn't enjoy was the noise from the street with the loud bikes however again the hotel did everything they could to assist.

All of it… There’s nothing not to like. The staff ( Erica, Keika, Sergio). The room was lovely. Smell (I know but it smells great). The food! It’s a good hotel let down by its policy’s for its younger guests.

I was with my Eight year old son and because he was not allowed in the pool, bar restaurant, sushi restaurant etc I also could not enjoy them. It made me question why I was staying there. it’s not a family hotel. I know this but it’s also not adults only or business either so it doesn’t really do anything other than look good.

the interior is so unique i love it so much, the check in and out was fast and the staff were so helpful. the hotel located in a very good location and main street .. I would recommend this hotel for couples more than families … the room has everything we need … the bed is so comfortable…. they provided even bath salts which was so convenient after long walks … spa facilities is so good.

although the location is so good close to a lot of shops .. however it was a bit far for our interest… but we never had a problem with that.

Gorgeous, modern, and fun! We were staying at a different hotel in the area and had such an awful experience with the staff and cleanliness that we decided to try W Osaka instead. We were on a budget, but said why not! SO GLAD WE DID. From the moment we arrived the lobby smelled like flowers and the staff was insanely kind and accommodating. The room was MASSIVE compared to the other hotels we stayed at, and all the lighting was so fun. We were walking distance from all the fun in Dotonbori, too! Thanks for making our last night in Osaka so lovely. Also - huge shoutout to how comfortable that bed was. 10/10 views too!

breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great selection of pastries (make sure you have the pistachio croissant). all staff were great. pool was very cool and we just loved our room which had a bar in it. free welcome drink voucher.

drinks prices for room service were a little expensive. champagne/sparkling not available by glass on room service. you have to pay for pool access, it’s not included in room rate which isn’t mentioned on booking.com. there were also some large service fees added to our bill which are not included in the tax and service charges on booking.com which was disappointing. however the hotel duty manager and receptionist were very helpful with this and very apologetic.

Very much the standard of hotel you come to expect from the W chain, it met all our expectations. The location was excellent, just a 10 minute walk to the Dotombori area which is the location of the famous Glico Running Man. The staff were so warm, welcoming & helpful, they couldn’t do enough. We stayed in a King Bed with skyline view on a high floor, we had our own bar looking over the wonderful skyline, it was amazing to see a beautiful sunset over Osaka from the room.

Nothing

Conveniently located in the center of the city. There is a big department store which is a 5 min walk. The station is less than 10 min away. The hotel is Colorful and fun! The moment you walk in the whole hotel smells floral/fruity ! We loved our room on the 21st floor which overlooks the city. The robes are lush and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the amenities as well!

I had a salad with wilted lettuce… Definitely not worth the $35 I paid for.

The rooms and housekeeping is on par. Very detailed and clean. Except in Photo given, a dyson hairdryer was shown. In actual, a local brand. The concierge manager is excellent and very helpful. Thank you.

The breakfast buffet is messy. The dining table feels sticky. The floors in breakfast buffet area have food on the floor. Aside from the Concierge manager, the Concierge staffs need more training.

Breakfast on weekend was a bit chaotic especially for the people who had to sit in the lobby bar and on our second day they had made both bars exclusive use events or a cover fee so it didn't really give us opportunity to use the bars that day
