Y's Hotel Asahikawa Ekimae

Proximity to the station and Aeon Mall facilities. Comfortable room, compact but with everything I needed. Very good mattress, neck pillow available at Reception. Secure access to upper floors using key card. 24 hr Reception. Possible to opt out of room cleaning in return for a free bottle of quality green tea per night. Towels renewed and bin emptied on request. Reception staff are willing to try with English and we successfully sent my suitcase with delivery firm Yamato. Large communal bath on top floor. Window opens.

Nothing apart from some noise one night but this was Golden Week.

The location is absolutely perfect. It was closer than I thought.. it was less than I'd say 50-70m from the station which is really nice. Breakfast - we didn't pay attention that breakfast was included. The breakfast was a japanese traditional buffet. The food was really nice, simple and yet delicious. The staff is friendly They also provided free water and coffee at the lobby for the guest.

The hotel is next to the station and directly in front of bus terminal. It has the major shopping mall with food court downstairs and restaurants on the 4 th floor across the bus terminal ( less than 5 minutes walk. ) The hotel is extremely clean and the breakfast is varied and tasty. Rooms are very comfortable. We stay here every time we visit Asahikawa and will keep returning.

The room was spacious and very clean! Also, the position of the hotel is excellent, because is literally on the side of Asahikawa station and the buses for Asahikawa airport and Sapporo stop in front of the hotel entrance. Plus, on the other side of the street there is a big shopping mall with everything you can need (there is a cinema too). However, even if my room had the window on the main street, it was very quiet! Also, the receptionists were very kind and professional!

Extremely good value, even during a peak travel season. Right next door to the station, and there's plenty of parking nearby, so very easy for anyone to use. Room itself is standard business fair, but feels pretty modern.

Getting there with a car is a bit confusing, as the parking lot is on the opposite side of the main entrance, and map services aren't particularly good at directing you there. Didn't bother with the breakfast as it seemed a bit expensive for a very basic continental buffet.

A few minutes walk to Asahikawa JR station. The location of the hotel is good, especially in winter where dragging luggage on the snow is a problem. The room is spacious for 2 persons and it is clean. Highly recommended.

Stayed two nights in two different rooms. The second night was a twin room which was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is located just outside the train station which was very convenient. There's a food court in the Aeon mall nearby, but restaurants and izakayas are farther away.

Great location just next to JR and bus station and five minutes from the shopping & food court. Did not need an umbrella for rain. Great front staff. Free Newspaper service. Very good breakfast for the price. High cost performance.

Wish to have an Onsen, but the location covers it.

Good value hotel adjacent to the JR station. Arrived about an hour before check-in and we were given the room straight away. Nice view of the parkland and river. Excellent breakfast. Would use this hotel again.

Location couldn't be better - directly next to the train station, shops and eateries very close. Room was very cosy and clean, the breakfast was an amazing selection and the onsen (hot spring) was delightful.

Didn't like leaving - it was so nice.
