Pool is nice and clean, suitable for family trip.

It will be better if they could offer breakfast option.

Borgo Verde was a nice, comfortable place to stay with the children. The studio was big enough and was equipped with all the necessary items required for our stay. Our children enjoyed the swimming pool and the playground. It was a positive surprise that the swimming pool had a constant guard. The whole Borgo Verde area was clean and comfortable. The personnel was very friendly and helped us with all our requests. I would highly recommend it with children.

The only negative I can comment is that the flow of hot water in the bathroom was not stable at all and it was particularly difficult to shower the children. A lot of mosquitos, however this is normal in such places.

The Appartement was clean and well equipped. The Territory with pool and playground was nice and clean. It was pleasant to get a present bag from the residence. The Patio is great and makes you feel isolated. It was nice to have meals there.

The location is ok but to reach the nearest beach or village you need always a car. The apartments are made according to the principle of barracks, with a common wall and the distance to the opposite Appartments was not so big so the neighbors on the sides and opposite were close enough, all the conversations on the terrace were well listened to and if there were no patios then it would not be at all comfortable, since everyone would also be in sight of each other. There were a lot of mosquitoes on the territory, which bit us terribly despite the different protection. The pool is way too small for such a big residence.

Big appartment. Kitchen utensils are complete. Beds are comfortable. Everything you need is available.

The shower seems to be broken. Sometimes there is no warm shower coming out even if nobody has use any warm water yet. The shower handle on our room seems to be loose, so you have to find a way to make the warm water to come out. The swimming pool wasn't big enough as I have expected and from the photos. When other familes and children are swimming it could be very crowded. The pool is also open from 9am until 7pm. So no chance to have a nice very early swim or night swim.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our coffee machine was broken and got replaced the minute I reported it. Very nice pool area, water a bit too cold for me at the beginning of June, but the kids loved it. I loved the privacy of each apartment, there were quite a few people staying, but it didn't feel crowded at all.

The property and the rooms and the pool were amazing. Clean, maintained and well-equipped. Very nice and quiet all around. Nice playground for the kids and a lifeguard at the pool. The Air conditioning works very well which was a must in 35°C days.

The mosquitoes. But this is this year's problem in whole Tuscany :-(

Spacious, clean and there is everything you need in the apartment. It has a small but nice pool.

We had a studio apartment on two floors and the second floor (where the bed is) gets really warm. Also the studio was slightly smaller than what was shown on the pictures but that didn‘t bother us.

Proximity is 5-min drive to the beaches and town. Large and tidy facility with pool. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was large and comfortable enough for 3 adults to stay for two nights. Beds were comfortable.

Likely due to our stay being in August, the price for our stay was very high and not exactly worth it for this type of basic accommodation. The blinds and curtains were falling apart, there were cobwebs in the very small second bathroom, with ceilings of about 175cm high only, which was not comfortable to be in. Furniture and everything quite basic. We stayed in much nicer accommodations in Firenze on the same trip for a cheaper price.

Lovely stay in clean spacious apartments with plenty of space at the pool. Pool area was clean and well maintained with life guard on duty. Staff v friendly.

A little far out but we had a car so no problems encountered.

The studio was a loft style, bathroom downstairs, bed up in the loft area. Everything was nice and clean, picnic table and chairs outside on a patio.

Property was hard to find, unit numbers poorly lit, reception area not clearly marked, almost impossible to locate. Make sure you have phone service or data/messaging to contact manager.
