We loved the location, size of the apartment , furnishings, the size and layout of the apartment, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and the facilities (especially the pool)It was great that the pool was open 24/7 as it helped make using it easier. The reception were fantastic and very responsive. Any request was acted upon in minutes of WhatsApp message or call. The seafront is a fair walk away but the hotel is close to the main shopping areas with Italian and mainstream shopping. The natural toiletries were beautiful and available to purchase (which i did) The bars and restaurants around the hotel are really nice especially the pizza restaurant directly across the canal. The area is definitely being improved, its not the prettiest of cities compared to its counterparts but definitely up and coming they have had a few art events taking place in the canal area. The livorno market is worth visiting it's really grand, a lot bigger than others in Europe. I would definitely return this place is really lovely more than 3 star !

The 1 euro per expresso charge in the room. I have never known them to be charged. There is however a coffee pot to make your own.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff - on WhatsApp too if needed. The apartment was large enough to live in, let alone stay for a night. The pool was tranquil and open 24/7 - literally. We went for a swim around midnight and were all alone in the blue lit pool. Sauna available if requested. The whole hotel was very clean too. Great location, close to some lovely seafood restaurants. We are planning on going back and we will stay there again - hopefully for more than one night. Highly recommended!

The only negative was being there for only one night. We desperately wanted to go back for a swim which the staff said we could, how nice. Unfortunately, we didn't have time.

The property was so nice and the rooms were so spacious and cozy. The whole place was so cozy and a very good vibe. The swimming pool was so beautiful and relaxing in the blue neon lights. i like that they had a sauna and a little gym. They had these metal window shutters that bloch the outside light completely. we slept like angels. There was a dishwasher which was awesome and i’ve never seen one at a hotel. Staff was so nice and were willing to help us with everything.

We thought that our rooms had cleaning services included. Because we have never gone to a hotel that didnt include that. We saw later that we could have added that to our booking. We didnt get new towels and had to buy new towels.

The hotel has a wonderful location beside the canals of “little Venice”, in an elegant old building. Nearby walk to restaurants and not far from Christmas market and shopping area. The pool area is even more beautiful than the photos. No need to book the pool, unlike some other places. There is a great breakfast (available for an extra charge). The huge spa tub in the studio room was fantastic. Heated towel racks in the bathroom. The staff were very welcoming, especially Camilla.

The bedroom area in the studio room is upstairs from the bathroom. This room has no view. I knew that’s what I was choosing and would take it again over the upgrade I was offered for only a little more, because of the spa tub. It would be helpful to have some instructions on how to operate the tub in the room.

This accommodation exceeded our expectations! The place is newly renovated so had modern features, even though it is in an old building. It has a lift!!! We booked a suite with canal view and oh my goodness - the suite was huge! Very well equipped kitchen, HUGE fridge, plenty of supplies available to purchase, and so much helpful information provided on the documents in the room. It's impeccably clean - not just the rooms and bathrooms but everywhere in the building and staircases. Brilliant powerful shower, quiet, dark bedrooms (just close the shutters / blinds), and mosquito nets on the windows too as lots of bugs about. Lovely to open the windows in the morning and let the sunshine stream in, listen to the noises, watch the boats, and enjoy the warm breeze. Comfortable bed with plenty of sheets / pillows / blankets and gorgeous bathroom products made by their own producer. Very secure, safe, and relaxing. Good Air Con in the rooms too as it can get warm. And the bins / recycling was so clearly labelled and convenient (this is important!) - makes it easy to know which bin to put what in. There are plenty of places to eat out very close by and the staff will advise you on types of cuisines and foods in different restaurants. They can also help to book the canal boat trip, which is really worth it as you learn so much about Livorno and get to see it from the water. And the chocolates on the pillows on arrival are a lovely treat! There was a breakfast option but we chose to go out for coffees and pastries. The pool and gym are great too! You are in walking distance to everything and it's an easy city to explore. We liked Livorno and definitely want to learn more about it. We will be coming back to explore the area more and would stay here again. Thanks so much to all the staff for all their help and advice.

Lovely decorated apartment with nice view. There is a gym and an indoor pool which we used. This apartment made our night stay in Livirno so much more enjoyable as we felt we were in the center of the city.

Aircon was a bit confusing to turn off - but that is all we can think of that wasnt perfect! There is NO parking at the apartment - but you can stop and u load your bags etc and then goto STP paring close by (2 min drive/4 min walk) and STP parking us very close for the ferry boarding.

The hotel is in a a pleasant place by the canals and there are many good restaurants and cafes nearby. There’s a great and cozy interior swimming pool, which has a nice atmosphere to it and is open 24/7. The rooms are very decently sized, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a big living space. The food was also quite decent. It also has bikes for rental, which although we didn’t use, looked to be in good condition and could be very useful for some travelers.

This hotel is awesome! So beautiful with the old but restored stone walls, wooden beams, and modern touches. The hygiene products are so incredibly good and they are sold at the reception. The lounge room with all the games, the gym and pool, really nice. We stayed in the Delux Apartment that was enormous with 2 full bathrooms. Amazing experience!

Everything was awesome but if I have to say something is that the floor around the pool is very slippery. Be careful with kids.

A real home feeling,...with all required amneties well arranged in the apartment room. Special appreciation to Erika for being very kind and helpful. Also many thanks for Barbara (the owner) for showing understanding and willingness to compromise on our mistake of taking some snacks that we ingenuouly thaught they are given for free as a courtesy...and we certainly appreciate and thank her for this

Nothing specaial

Reception staff were fantastic. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options. Apartment was great, large, clean and comfortable. Pool was available 24/7 which makes a lovely change these days. Location is excellent with many good restaurants close by. Lots to explore with boat trips round the canals and a lot more history than we expected.
