perfect location: I was skeptical when other review said "5 minutes walk to the airport", and it is true! Surprisingly it is also very quiet. Staff was very helpful giving us some suggestions of what to do in town considering we only have a few hours in the evening. Pisa is not a big town so it is very easy to get around. We walked from train station, and later from downtown to this air b&b without any issue. The bus stop is also just outside of the house which takes you to downtown area. Bus is scheduled every 15 minutes, and it did come on time.

Despite its proximity to the airport (a plus for an early or late flight, of course) and a motorway flyover, some excellent double glazing makes it very quiet. There's a frequent bus to the centre which stops right outside. The welcome was warm and professional and breakfast was generous and good. The bathroom was particularly good, and the aircon efficient. I wouldn't stay here for a holiday, but as an airport stay it's great. I also loved the skillful paintings which cover the dining room walls.

The hotel was easy to find and literally right next to the bus stop. The check-in process was fast and smooth. The host provided clear instructions on entering and exiting the building, as well as breakfast times. The room I stayed in was cleaned well and provided with plenty of towels. The adjustable air conditioner worked fine throughout my stay and there was hot water with good pressure. Their coffee machine for breakfast is pretty cool and they provide plenty of bread and yogurt options for breakfast.

The rooms have pretty thin walls so you can hear the employees when they are cleaning, but it's not really an issue. I think the room key itself is pretty bulky and could lose the extra key chain. The rooms could use a mini fridge in my opinion.

We chose La Corte do Stelio because it was close to Pisa airport, both car hire return and departures/arrivals. We were very impressed with the way the owners welcomed us, explained everything and had really thought through what guests might need on the evening before their flight and in the morning where breakfast was available from 5 am. Lovely spacious room with new bathroom and fridge. Very relaxing garden a bonus.

The hotel is a very easy 6 minute walk from the airport, which was my top criterion in choosing the hotel for the night before my flight. My colleague also got a room at this hotel. When we got there the owner was extremely helpful and friendly (and was happy to speak either in Italian or using his excellent English). The rooms were next to each other and were a good size (mine had a double bed and a single bed that I could use to place things on for the next day). Breakfast was included. I would absolutely use this hotel again if I return to Pisa.

First of all, the warm and helpful reception and guidance of the owner and staff. Furthermore, the pleasant and beautifully decorated setting of rooms, dining room, valie and garden. The location close to the airport but no noise pollution & good accessibility downtown. It was my best experience of all my Italy trips now and in the past. La corte di Stelio is what every B&B should be.

Our stay was too short.

That's a nice, small and cozy hotel, located close to the airport. It's especially convenient if you need to depart early or arrive late. On the other hand, it's not the city center, but Pisa is small enough, so it's very to get to the center even without a car or public transport. The room was not too big, but it was clean and cozy and hosts were kind and friendly. Our mistake was that we arrived early and didn't agree that with host before, so we couldn't leave our luggage before the check-in, so if you need this, please keep it in mind and get in touch with hosts in advance. Breakfast was simple, but quite good for us and served at 7:30 which was also very convenient as we had early departure. There's a small yard, so it's possible to eat outdoor too :-)

It was a bit inconvenient that there were no place in the shower cabin to put a shampoo/gel (of course one can always just use a floor for that). Besides this small flaw, I cannot say anything bad about this B&B :-)

The staff were exceptional. The receptionist was so attentive. He made numerous phone calls for us to book taxis, restaurants and car hire company. He gave us maps and told us how to get to a restaurant using the bus stop outside. We were able to walk from Pisa Airport to the hotel in about 10 minutes, yet experienced no aircraft noise at the hotel. Breakfast was very good with many options available.

Very nice hosts. I felt very welcomed. The room was nice with authentic italian ceiling. Nice big thing where I could stall all my stuff out. Everything was well maintained. I liked the brealfast area, nothing fancy, but a lot of charm!

I am sensitive to noise and was bother by the road and hearing the people in the room next to me. However, so far all italian hotels have been too noisy for me. This one was less noisy than the others.

Owner was a very friendly guy. We arrived very late on Tuesday night and he rang pizzeria near to see if they were still serving and they were! Best pizza we ever had. Bedding, bed was comfy and clean. Breakfast wasn't too bad either. Lovely decor. Best thing is definitely how close it was to the Pisa airport.

Well pillow was uncomfortable, the room was right next to the entrance so it was noisy but bearable.
