We had a wonderful stay at this place. Our heartfelt thanks to our host for their great hospitality and generosity. Excellent location and proximity to train station (need to walk from other end of the station). The whole apartment was given to us, with separate beds for my 2 kids, me & my husband. We appreciate the cleanliness of the whole house, the linens, kitchen with all utensils, and washrooms. To our surprise, the host provided us with all necessary condiments in the kitchen for morning breakfast (sugar sachets, coffee pods with small vending machine, milk, some bread, butter, and jam)..

The apartment is on the first floor and no lift. So, carrying heavy luggae may be a little challenge. The leaning tower is a walkable distance of 20mins from this place. But, worth walking down the streets to admire many quaint houses and a scenic beauty from a bridge.

- Really like the location of this place, within the walking distance of both the train and bus station and the airport as well. The place was quiet and peaceful to have a good rest after a traveling day. - Everything was well clean and provided when requested. The facilities were also good, including a dishwasher, a washing machine inside the apartment. - The balcony is a good place to enjoy some Sunny mornings. - Included breakfast is contactless, everything is packed for the days and stocked in the freezer. A good step during covid is to reduce contact.

- WIFI: we were working remotely and needed strong wifi, the wifi rating on booking was 8.5. But it was pretty unreliable for us. The wifi was not often connecting and even when connected, it couldn't provide reliable internet. For 5-6 days, it was expensive to use mostly mobile internet. But, when we requested, the owner said she will get it fixed by a technician. - The utensils were a bit limited, like no chopping boards, only small spoons, no big spoons to cook, etc. But the owner was kind enough to provide us with some when requested. - Breakfast is pre-packed, so no fresh breakfast every day like a lot of other places offer.

We loved this b&b! it was a whole little apartment with a kitchen area, lounge, bedroom and bathroom - all taken care of and clean! the bed was super comfy and we just loved the charm of the place. we were so sad to leave the next day and would have loved to stay longer! could easily stay comfortably there long term. The hosts were very accommodating and kind.

good location and quiet. breakfast was enough and the place was clean. good value for money.

an electric kettle is needed in the kitchen and some more utensils as there wasn't enough, we coudn't find a laddle. there were few clothes hangers and one of them was broken and we couldn't hang the clothes in the wardrobe as it was very high up. as the other wardrobe doors within reach , were closed. we were 3 people and we found towels for only two . but we only stayed for two days, so it was ok for us and it was clean. I deffinitely recommend this place.

Superb flat. Located very close to the train station and the airport (10 mins walk), somehow you do not hear the planes or trains. Host provided everything for us for breakfast: croissants, milk, yogurts, juices etc. So you do not have to worry abour breakfast at all. Also, we were allowed to check in as the flat was ready earlier. It is a great place to stay to visit more of Tuscany by trains.

Sandra, the lady who gave me the key, is a lovely person. Friendly, accommodating, ready to share information and useful hints, yet, unobtrusive. She makes the concept of hospitality something amazing. The structure is vintage, yet, perfectly functioning.

I wish there were more places like this. Thank you Sandra for the unforgettable time.

Perfect localization nearly station Pisa Centrale and Airport Pisa. House is very comfortable and spacious, everything is clean and cozy. The kitchen was very good equipped, there was everything to cook. Comfortable balcony is a perfect place to rest after all day. Very hospitable hosts, they helped us with everything we asked and needed- even after our stay. We will back here for sure.

We arrived late 11pm and the host was more than welcoming on arrival. Apartment was in perfect condition in close proximity to the airport & the train station.

I had to plug out a wine cooler fridge which kept making noise during the night but other than that everything else was perfect

It's a clean, somewhat old-fashioned, beautiful two-bedroom house with an adequate breakfast, Including the kitchen. The host is a helpful person. Don't forget to press the bell in the glass area when you arrive.

We couldn't find a trash can in the kitchen.

The flat is located between the city centre and the airport, which for us was an ideal location because we stayed there on our last night before flying home. The decor is old-fashioned but it has its charm, there is everything you need and it is really clean.
