The view was amazing, air conditioning was heaven, very comfy bed, room was very clean and cleaned daily, pool was great and refreshing. Breakfast was okay. Most of the staff were pretty helpful. Wifi was excellent.

The Shuttle service is great for guests however when there is several guests staying with the limited times ran and amount of seats a lot of the time several trips were had to be made. Perhaps running the shuttle more frequently. We got laundry done through the hotel which was very expensive we paid 8euro in Rome and nearly 33e here for same wait of laundry. Place could do with a bit of a spruce up.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, staff was friendly, room was large and quiet, with a fantastic balcony with sea views. There is free parking available on site. The swimming pool was great with beautiful sea views and the owner allowed us to swim past closing time (8PM) which was a nice gesture. You can order drinks from restaurant and enjoy them at the pool (cocktails ~9eur). Sorrento is 30min away by foot or 7min by car. There is a Sorrento shuttle available, we didn't use it but we noticed it comes and goes very frequently and reception gave us a schedule for it, latest back to hotel was 10pm I think. The breakfast was good, scrambled eggs and bacon is available, also various cold cuts, cheese, breads and cakes. Good coffee and you can make your own pancakes using a machine. Tip: You can order lunch using Glovo app. Overall I can recommend this hotel, facilities are very good and the experience is very relaxing and enjoyable.

We did not visit the hotel restaurant for dinner since menu didn't have many options. Also not a hotel problem, just recommendation - don't go by foot to Sorrento, since hotel is in the mountains and there are winding roads with overconfident drivers, and no pedestrian path. Use the shuttle. Sorrento town car parking is very limited, garages are available but cost 5eur/h. There are some free spots next to the Cimitero di Sorrento.

It has a great parking facility and the staff is really really good! All members were super nice. It appeared somehow two bookings were made accidentally and they supported immediately to resolve the issue with Booking.

It would be really nice to see the rooftop having sun beds or chairs. It’s a beautiful place but you cannot sit there..! Even better if they would have service up there.

The hotel is clean and well equipped The room that we had was lovely, it was comfortable and of a good size with a balcony where we could sit to admire the view of the bay and mount Vesuvius The breakfast was plentyful, and there was a huge choice There is a restaurant with limited choice but the food is good and competitively priced. The staff are kind and attentive The hotels free shuttle was invaluable for getting into town and back Nothing seemed to be too much trouble

We were placed in a villa away from the main hotel. The view was stunning, the balcony surrounded by orange and lemon trees. Such a pleasant location looking out onto the sea from the hillside where the hotel was

The property was great. It was a little further away than booking.com led us to believe but the hotel put a shuttle service on to ferry us the ten minutes drive down into Sorrento and back.

Fabulous hotel with a beautiful view of the sea and coast. The staff were friendly and very attentive. The shuttle bus service was excellent and even dropped us to the main area outside the usual run times. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very nice each morning and the food in the restaurant was a good standard. Wifi worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Tony was fantastic. Very helpful and great with kids. The pool was nice and the whole place was very clean.

The restaurant was closed. It cost at least €25 each way to get into the town by taxi.

Hotel was clean, not too crowded. Breakfast was very tasty with alot to choose from. Waiting staff were so accommodating and friendly as was front of house. A great stay would highly recommend.

There was nothing I didn't like. Location was a little outside the town of Sorrento but hotel provides shuttle bus at certain times of the day. Taxis outside of those times are expensive though

The people from the hotel is really lovely. The location is really good also you have access to the bus from the hotel to go to the city a lot of times during the day and night, so you don’t need to worry with taxi. Everything was perfect.

hotel shuttle was needed to go into Sorrento since I didn’t have a car. they were available regularly but evening and late night required planning to coordinate times. the drivers tried hard to please however-
