Hotel Eden

Perfect location just off the main square and with a view of the sea. The gardens were beautiful and a calm oasis but wander through a short passage and a secret door and you were right in the middle of things. The staff were very helpful and treated us like members of the family. A perfect place to stay and enjoy the wonders of Sorrento

Room was very small, no balcony, breakfast was poor and staff not friendly on morning duty, didn’t speak or crack a smile

Great location with access to the main square in a couple of minutes. Very nice garden with lemon trees and pool. Good breakfast with a lot of variety

There was nothing wrong with the hotel

Excellent location as could cut through to the main street. Near the main train station, all of the shops and restaurants but set back so not noisy. Liked having a patio. Helpful having a fridge in the room. The included breakfast was good for what we needed and set us up for the day. Plenty to eat. The room was lovely with good storage space for clothes. We were very happy with our stay here, it was a great base for exploring the area of Italy. Thank you Hotel Eden.

Nothing as it met all of our expectations. Apart from tea or coffee making facilities but that's my personal preference and I just bought a travel kettle with me having been aware there wasnt any. .

Service was incredible. All members of staff were helpful and attentive; special mention of Michael who offered to order drinks and food all day and for a wealth of information about local tours. He even arranged a restaurant dinner for us the day we arrived which was great as we were very tired from travelling. The pool area isn’t huge but was big enough for the amount of people staying, it was never crowded. Rooms were clean

Rooms were on the small side but not a huge issue. As we didn’t have a balcony it was difficult to dry our swim suits.

Well. It was much better than expected. Lovely room with such a fantastic view across the sea and Vesuvius. We were lucky with our room on forth floor with a balcony. The room was very clean. The hotel is in a very quiet area but a few steps from the central location. We really enjoyed a breakfast in lovely lemon trees garden. The perfect place to start our day. A huge thanks to Michael who 24/7 looked after us. We felt so welcome. We are in love with Sorrento now and will stay again at this hotel. Highly recommended!

Top central position , parking , garden , smiling staff , breakfast

The room was in a completely new part of the hotel and there were problems. The ceiling in bathroom was licking much water when air condition was working. There were not any accessories in bathroom to hang towels, soap or toilet paper. Not any phone communication with reception. For sure its easy to fix all these

amazing location, right in the centre. very friendly staff & very clean. nice variety for breakfast too which is included in the price.

a pool was advertised but, it was under construction & not full of water etc. we stayed 18th-21st April 2023 so I’m assuming that’s why work was being carried out not in season however, it was disappointing not being aware of this until paying & arriving as that was the prime reason we booked that hotel due to the amazing weather we were due to have during our stay.

The location is perfect. The breakfast is very good. Our experience was good.

The lady at the reception wanted us to pay extra for wifi in the room, which is not indicated in booking.com. After a short discussion she agreed to give us access to free wifi in the rooms. She said wifi is free only for the area around the reception, which is not what is written here in booking.com about the hotel. Also it's strange that you can't turn on the air conditioning by yourself, you should ask at the reception so they could do that for you.
