Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are so beautifully designed, we adored the colours and patterns. The outside table and chairs were a great addition to enjoy some sunshine, the bed and pillows were quite cosy, and the large shower head was thoroughly enjoyed. It is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the city centre, views of the beach also a short walk away. Due to its location you are spoilt with choice when it comes to eating out or eating in, we enjoyed a range of dishes from different places. The host offered us some great recommendations on things to see and do during our stay which was greatly appreciated. The value for money is unbeatable!

We did find the light from the do not disturb system quite bright during the night, but was not too much of a problem once we got to sleep. The hot water also cut off during one of the showers, which was not ideal but this was a one off problem, so not to be worried!

Great location - few minutes from all amenities train, bus, lifts to port. Good level of cleanliness. Lots of good places to eat. Proprietor very appraochable and helpful.

No hot water for shower on last day of the visit due to issue with boiler - when locating the apartment on first day it was not obvious how to locate the front door of the apartment block - as not on the main road via Fuorimura - round the corner by the local pub/restauarant.

Convenient location, easy 5-10 mins walk from train station, and many shops, cafes, restaurants, etc, just round the corner . Very clean and lovely decor. Great to have a Kettle & tea/coffee in the room! (maybe a little milk would be a good idea too for us English 😘) Delicious vanilla filled brioche served in our room every morning by our host, Libertino 😋

Quite a bit of road noise when on balcony but that wouldn’t put us off staying again, it’s a lovely apartment. (we also had extremely bad rain/storm during our stay, so the bathroom fan was a bit noisy, but if you close the door it’s not a problem!)

Wi-Fi is off since 7:00pm until next morning around 7:00 am Due to missing the last minute message, when I checked in , I need to wait for about 2 hours until someone help to call owner. I thought I already sent out at least twice about my estimated arrival time, but owner tried to communicate with me about my exact arrival time on the last day when I was in Capri. Do not know what is the right protocol here, assumed for whatever reason I can’t call the owner, the owner should be in property at my arrival time, isn’t it? If someone did not help me to call, then I may need to keep waiting until I forced to find other hotel. Money is one thing, but I lost precious 2-3 hours means I give up my almost entire Sorrento trip.

The villa is around the corner from the center of the town. It is walking distance to everything you may need or want. it affords you the privacy and peace after a long day of sight seeing. No crowds as in the larger hotels. we walked to the Plaza hotel for taxis which were steps away enjoyed their bar and walked around the corner to our private villa

Casa Evelina Sorrento was fine - we only stayed one night, so judging in more depth is difficult. It was definitely pricey, but that's the case with most accommodations in Sorrento. The room was lovely, well-appointed, very clean, and comfortable. Getting to the building was a bit of an uphill battle and required dragging luggage through very narrow streets - again, this is the case with many places in Sorrento. All in all, it was a nice stay.

Our host was very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. The room was very spacious and the shower was great. The location is perfect for staying in sorrento.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. A dry croissant and coffee every day along with a piece of fruit. It would have been nice to have alternatives (even a different pastry!). The room was only cleaned once during our week stay. It would be nice to have our bed made and bins cleared out each day.

The room was exceptionally clean, well equipped, very nicely done up (with historic cameras as little personal touches by the owner as decor) and the shower room was really very nice and clean. The owner who was also our host is a really nice guy, made sure for our smooth check in, was very helpful and even helped us with a taxi last minute to Amalfi! 200% recommend this hotel for your stay in Sorrento you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely nothing - it was perfect!

Perfect location perfect host Liberato gave us so much information had so much time for us nothing too much trouble. Room exceptional spotlessly clean everything you could want from a stay. Breakfast amazing sat on balcony and very conscientious as to what we wanted. Could not highly recommend this enough x thanks for making our stay so perfect 😊

Absolutely LOVED our stay at Case Evelina. Liberto made our stay calm and comfortable with breakfast in bed every morning. The facilities were exceptional, the air-conditioning was cold and the location was right in the heart of Sorrento. We will definitely recommend Casa Evelina to anyone travelling to Italy.
