NH Milano 2 Residence

Good spacious hotel. Rooms are excellent. Bus stand is just infront of the hotel door. Good asian restaurants in the same boundary of the hotel.

Facilities are not like a hotel in NH Milaon 2 Residence. The hotel of the same property which is their main area seems to be better. Basic facilities like room slippers should be there. Also, atleast small water bottles which were not provided are expected from a hotel like property. Also, if you want any cutleries you need to go to the reception and take because there is no room service.

The room was big, the bed was really soft and comfortable that I really wanted to spend the whole day lying on it, there was a nice bathtub in our bathroom and the view was amazing. The staff was really friendly and always ready to help anytime. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like or need to visit Segrate.

Unfortunately the wifi connection was really bad, I could barely watch videos on YouTube or use my Spotify. Even though I had a nice stay there.

Area is very nice, very quiet, animals around, very relaxing. Bathroom was nice, clean, everything working properly. Room itself is nice, bed super comfortable. Breakfast is in another building, but it’s still very convenient. Restaurants downstairs in case you don’t want to drive to the city. It’s easy to get to the Center, bus in front of hotel to the metro Cascina Gobba - 40 mins and you are at Duomo :) in general nice hotel!

I’ve stayed 2 weeks and the breakfast is everyday exactly same, which is fine but please add some vegetables! :) unfortunately there is not even one :/ besides that it’s nice, staff are super friendly, nice fruits, oats, eggs etc, but vegetables PLEASE! Carpets in the hotel are not the newest, but it’s not bad.

The staff are amazing at the reception and the restaurant. They are really helpful, decent and welcoming all the people in a friendly manner.

There was an issue with the bed sheets, but they did fix it and I would like to thank the Mr. who was at the reception that night for his fast response and doing his best to solve the issue.

The location is very good, the residence is huge and built in a nice surrounding and neighbourhood. Facing an artificial lake with fish and tortoises. A park too. Bars and restaurants down the residence. Cascina Gobba metro station is the closest. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds incredibly comfortable

Breakfast is located in a different building so you need to exit outside to reach it. The hotel has not been renovated for a while and you can see it, (dirty walls, stains on the carpets)

It was clean and well kept, good view .Would stay again.

We got in late, it was dark, hard to find check in. Someone to show us to the right building would have been nice.

I really enjoyed the balcony and the park and the lake around the hotel

The restaurant "the grand Italia" was the only dissapointing item, but this is not part of the hotel

The room is spacious and comfortable.

The location is quite difficult. Only bus takes you to metro station where you can continue to the city center. The bus does not always come and only every 30 minutes or so.
