breakfast was good, it met my expectations and the location is ok as you walk around 5 mins to get to the metro station. Also free car parking was really convenient. Staff at the restaurant and at the bar were really nice and friendly.

I just did not like the fact that there was only one person in the reception whereas many people were in the queue to check in or check out. It was simply not enough. Also I think the hotel was not built as a hotel but later converted to a hotel. You might need to change buildings to get to the restaurant and reception. Lobby area is really small.

Everything about this hotel was perfect for me and my family. From the size of the room, the friendly and helpful staff to the breakfast and the location. This hotel is perfect for families, they have a pool, nice restaurants and close to the train station. Next time I'm in Milan, this is where I'm going to stay.

To be honest I can't think of anything negative about my experience here.

Friendly, helpfull, staff. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Great breakfast selection. Bikes and e-bikes availablle for use.

Italian law (not the hotel's fault) means that the air-conditioning could not be used so room 31C on arrival and doors to balcony had to be left open at all times. My room on 7th floor had no balcony above for protection so I woke to find a wet floor after rain in the night, There needs to be some form of screen outside the door to allow ventilation but keep the elements at bay (a vertical glass screen 30cm wide would serve well). Lower floors not affected. Bar area was part of the through corridor and needs better separation.

It was a good hotel, with good facilities. I really liked breakfast and the fact that our suite had a Nespresso machine! We didn’t use the pool as it was closed in November. But I will definitely remember this hotel if I go back to Milan during spring / summer. We had a huge balcony and I saw there were bikes that could be used. We had a suite and it really was very spacious. It basically was an apartment (without a kitchen). I really liked the porter. A very calm and friendly man!!!

It was hard to understand the lady at the reception as she had a very strong Russian accent. I am Italian, however, she kept asking me if it preferred speaking English (insinuating that I didn’t speak Italian well??). The neighborhood didn’t really feel safe to walk around at night. However the hotel and its parking lot did feel safe, we didn’t feel unsafe leaving the car. This shows that the hotel has good security.

Great, customer focused hotel. Very spacious room, very good breakfast. Staff very polite and positive, which is not always the case nowadays :) Good breakfast. Decent restaurant. Pool is clean and a nice feature, especially on the hot days. If lucky you might also get yourselves entagled in a party. If you arrive with your car on Wednesday - bear in mind that there is a market held right outside the hotel, so you might have an issue with entering and exiting the car park. Very close to metro which will take you to the centre in no time and close to few shops.

Really cost effective hotel. The subway is in walking distance and it takes totally from hotel ca. 20-25 Min to the city centrum. The pool is really beautiful to have. The room and the rest of hotel were very clean. The staff is top and professional always with a smile while talking. The park place behind reception was really safe. I would stay there if i visit Milano again.

bread for breakfast was very hard in 2 consecutive days, there were only 2 types of cheese, olives would be good to have to in a hotel in Italy :) summary breakfast could be better.

Spacious rooms, hotel located in a quiet place, clean bathroom ( with some signs of normal wear and tear but nothing critical), nice water temperature. I was in the appartment-type room with a kitchen and a balcony in the building E, but I didn't use the kitchen so can't tell whether anything was missing. I spotted a sponge, washing liquid, a teapot and instant coffee / teabags, as well as a welcome bottle of water. The bathroom necessities were there as well.

The water from the shower was always leaking on the bathroom floor. The hotel is a bit further from the city center than I expected.

Took a chance in booking this hotel at the last minute for 2 nights stay with my family with a kid.....& not disappointed, for sure. A value for money deal. Excellent property, with a large room was provided at a high-floor level (on pre-request). The room had a separate walk-in closet & a very spacious open roof balcony, overlooking the hotel lawn. Breakfast spread was just excellent. All staffs had been courteous. Reception could book you a taxi within 3-4 minutes. Located not too far from the nearest Metro station, just 7-8 minutes' walk. The hotel is situated, little off on Milano Centralo Station, amidst a residential area, bang opposite one can find local supermarkets, very safe neighborhood. A definite recommendation.

Nothing much, but the last day, we had an early check-out so requested our breakfasts to be packed. It was provided, but the items were very limited in the packets, expected a little more variety to be packed during our journey. Else, all okay.

Lovely hotel! Lots of facilities e.g pool / gym / bar / restaurant. Pool was lovely - nice and big so could do proper swimming if you wanted to. Not many loungers but we sat on the towels you could get from reception. Lovely spacious and clean room with air conditioning. Staff were lovely. The breakfast was fantastic, buffet style with lots of options for food and drink.

Location is slightly further out from the centre BUT only a short metro ride (very good metro system) and a short walk (10 mins max.) from the metro station.

The apartment rooms are a good size and the balcony is very spacious. The location is about 10 minutes from the metro and there is a shop close by for food/drinks. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We had to ask for all the self catering cutlery, pans and plates, they weren't in our room when we arrived. Even after delivery later that day we did not have any glasses or cups for drinks. We had an issue with a door which was locked and inaccessible with our key card going into the apartment block which took a while to get help with and stopped us getting to our room. The bathroom was a wet room and it was hard to keep the water contained, often becoming very slippy.
