Loved the helpful staff. Reception walked me through buying a three day transport ticket, provided an accurate map, and marked the station stops to get me to the centre of Milan. My room was small but it was what is expected from the photos. The breakfast was appropriate for the size of the hotel. The young woman who managed the area was attentive and very helpful. I enjoyed the walk to the train station, and thoroughly enjoyed the family owned pizzeria opposite for an evening meal. Really, BioCity provided a great little hotel in the suburbs, but within 15 minutes of the city centre. I'll be back!

Biocity hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, very clean, and the toiletries smelled lovely. The location was wonderful, Milan has fantastic public transportation so getting across the city was quick! Staff were excellent, the gentleman who checked us in basically helped us plan our whole stay (recommended a few sites to visit that were not on our list). They were also able to check us in early which was much needed after our travels to get settled a little earlier.

I was fine with the mattress, my wife found it to be too firm but that would be the only complaint, if any!

The room was good with Air Conditioning and small balcony overlooking a small crossroads in an urban area. There is a brilliant shower with the use of either the big overhead rain shower head or a handheld wand type. The rooms are serviced by some friendly helpful ladies. The Hotel generally was very clean, the buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. They treated us like family. Maybe its because we were elderly. A good experience.

This hotel is an eco-conscious accommodation which it's pretty cool. The lobby is nicely decorated, and the staff is friendly and helpful - we got instructions on how to get to the Milan Cathedral by metro without even having to ask, and this saved us so much time and frustration. We chose this hotel because we had a very early flight out of Milan Malpensa Airport and needed to be at Milano Centrale at 5:20 am. It was perfect for this. We didn't get to have breakfast, but they were baking fresh goods in the evening that smelled amazing. They have an elevator, a mini fridge with a refillable bottle of water, good air conditioning, and soundproof windows. If I come to Milan again, with the need to be close to Milan Central, I'll stay here again.

The bed was not very comfy. It would be great if they could upgrade their mattresses. The price point was a bit high considering the neighborhood (dog poop and pee (possibly human) on almost every corner). The hotel is a little gem, though.

What we really liked was that we asked for separate beds, and they were separated by a half wall, which enabled us to have a small reading light on without bothering the other person when they were sleeping. In addition, the room was very clean. The guys in reception were all very helpful. There is a small lobby with very comfortable chairs. It is about a 12-minute walk from the train station, and there are restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

No complaints.

Breakfast was fantastic and I very much appreciated the espresso drinks, room was clean and mostly quiet. There was some clicking on and off sounds from the motion sensor lights that was strange at first, but I appreciated all their efforts to conserve energy. I had a late check-in at my next accommodation, but staff allowed me to sit in their cafe and work until I could check-in at my next location. They even made sure I was hydrated and comfortable!

Great hotel in a quiet road with a 10-15 minute walk to metro and main lines at Milan Central Station. Breakfast was excellent, good selection of food. Our room was very spacious, huge comfortable bed and superb bathroom. Nice to have fresh water in the refrigerator every day. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful especially Silvio who advised us the best area to buy a new suitcase and how to get there. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing to dislike other than the balcony was off the bathroom.

The best part of the experience was the personnel, which speaks mostly about the actual people, rather than any problems with the facility. The hotel itself, the building, interior, the room etc. were very fine, even if just shy of another hotel in the area, the Berna, where I normally stay. However, the balcony and the view, had I had the time to use and admire them, were a great thing to have. Also the exterior of the building stands out with colour and quality.

There was some problem with room heating, but we got it right in the end with the willing assistance of the receptionist. I was also overly optimistic in estimating the distance to the Centrale railway station. The hotel is located quite close by, but you have to cover the whole length of the station building and then some to reach the main entrance on the city side. The area you walk through isn't that great either. The hotel's neighbourhood seems fine.

The room was modern and clean. The staff was very gentle and hospitable. The hotel is ~10 min walk from Milan's central train station (Milano Centrale). It's not within walking distance of Milan's city center, but it's just two metro stops away. The closest metro station is ~5-10 minutes away on foot. The hotel is also well connected by tram, with a stop less than 100m away.

The neighborhood is not the best, being that close to the central station. Other than that, it's pretty good. I would return to this hotel next time I'm in Milan.

The property is near the main central station and since we arrived by bus at night from the airport, it was very convenient to find the hotel on a short distance walk. The hotel was very clean, it all looked new and well taken care of, the check in was fast and the staff was friendly. The small double room had very comfortable bed, clean new looking sheets and curtains, there’s a tv, mini fridge with a water bottle and supplies to prepare instant coffee. We spent only one night there and it was a nice quiet one after a long flight.
