Hotel Lombardia

The hotel location is great, a few minutes walk to the metro station, breakfast was excellent, great and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable.

There was a small leak from the bathtub through bathroom doors but beside that everything was superb.

We stayed here overnight and overall it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and just the right size for us. The bathroom has the necessary essentials such as toiletries, hair dryer, etc. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as there were ample options to choose from. We loved the vibe of the lobby as it was modern and there were indoor and outdoor lounge areas. The staff was nice and friendly. Location is accessible to the metro station (about 8 mins. walk) Recommended 👍🏻

Just a suggestion, would love to see more modernized designs for the room specifically the bathroom.

We liked everything. It was beyond our expectations and better than the comments and rating here in the app. The room was very nice and clean, it was cleaned every day. We had room facing inner courtyard so it was quiet, too. The staff was nice and welcoming, the interior of the whole hotel was modern and well-kept. The breakfast was good as well. It is only a dee minúta away from a metro station, and only a few meters away from a bus station.

Nothing to complain about. Only if some guests learnt to be more quiet and mindful to others...

The hotel is very good located, nice and comfy. The employees are very nice and willing to serve. I will stay again in the future.

Everythig was good

The hotel is located 10 minutes from the nearest Metro stop. It is on a quiet street near a shopping area with lots of restaurants. The hotel has an impressive lobby and a lovely garden. The breakfast had both hot and cold options. The hotel was reasonably priced. It was actually cheaper than some of the 3 star hotels!

I expected to have cofee and tea available in the room. Also, I did not have much of a view from the window (just a high-rise apartment building). However, these are minor details.

The breakfast was really good and the location of the hotel is near metro station "Loreto" 5-8 minutes by foot.

I think that in a 4* Hotel the bar must be open many hours. We hardly had a coffee 2 of the 3 afternoon we stayed and the bar was closed all evenings. So if someone wants to relax and have a drink he cannot do it in the hotel.

Room was clean & tidy and cheerful housekeeping staff. They did the best to answer us whatever the questions/requirements we had. The breakfast was delicious but prefer if they could have various menus daily. The boiled eggs were cold. Other than that the service & cleanliness was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive.

If they could have a long mirror in the room will be nice. small mirror was just enough to see the face only .

I think this hotel deserves more rate 8. The position is very good, in a very good neighborhood, 8 minutes walk to the metro station, 10 minutes by bus the Central station. The main asset is the beautiful terrace, it is simply lovely to stay there, there are 2 terraces, one just for breakfast. The room looked a bit old, but big, with 4 big windows, the bathroom was spacious as well.

The only thing they should improve is the breakfast, because it was every morning the same and quite poor, but this didn't matter so much to me. We enjoyed our stay, the staff was great. I totally recommend it.

The public areas of the hotel are lovely, including the garden by the breakfast room and garden beside the lobby seating area. The bedroom was spacious and was serviced everyday. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is convenient to the centre of Milan, a little bit outside the main historic area but close to a number of metro stations, Loreto and Piola, but very convenient if you are visiting the Politecnico di Milano, which is within walking distance.

Some of the bedrooms require a little updating, the room I was in was a little bit tired and would benefit from re-painting and update. However, my children joined me at the weekend and the room they were in was exceptional, so I think having the remaining rooms redecorated would be good.

it's very pleasant, comfortable, fairly big and better than average hotel with a reception desk open all through the night. breakfast in a patio watching pigeons was lovely. place is reachable on foot from milano centrale, though it would have been good to realize it was closer to lambrate station.

the room would need some face-lifting, it.looks great but then there is a dustbin in the bathroom falling apart, the shower box door is out of joint and thus opens the wrong direction eg inside, which in a combination with a shower seat makes it really difficult to get in even for a fairly small sized person. things you dont really complain about at eleven at night with your hair covered in shampoo. for a four star hotel in milano would have expected.something better than this faded luxury. minus for the bathroom.
