Hotel Porta Felice & Spa

Room was spacious, comfy and with a great view to the historic centre! Waking up to this view really felt like being part of an old Italian movie 😉. Breakfast on the top floor was superb and breakfast room balcony views next to none! I also enjoyed the spa and massage services of thd hotel which are really good and value for money ! Although not right in the middle of the historic centre, it is still close enough to walk for 10-15mins. Very conveniently located, but still away from the touristic crowds. Very closed to the beach as well!

I believe it’s lacking a swimming pool.

The location was excellent right by the old area of Palermo. The staff was very efficient and helpful in getting our room ready for us.

There was no parking available at the hotel. Parking was on the street and luckily we were able to get a spot. The traffic was horrible to get to the area and if you missed the entrance, you had to drive over 1 1/2 miles to turn around. I would have liked a little more information about places to go and see and the restaurants available for dinner.

The lady staffs at the reception were very kind and helpful. They were doing all their best in order for us to enjoy our trip. The sauna in this hotel was amazingly nice! I really suggest you to go to the sauna of this hotel. If you come by car I really suggest you to keep your car the hotel parking for safety reasons.

The bad thing is that they didn't change our towels on the first day. However, if you ask at the reception to change the towels, the staffs will gladly do it.

-excellent and spacious double rooms with amazing decorations -very clean and comfortable -bathroom is just amazing! -definitely try the spa, which has all the amazing jacuzzi, sauna and massage -we try the fitness centre too -15 min walk to all the cathedrals, museums, city centre and shopping street -very helpful stuffs -overall, best experience in Palermo and will definitely stay here again

not enough social space. Terrace bar great but not always open. near sea front but no sea view. best views from rooms at rear of hotel overlooking city and mountains.

A wee gem of a hotel, just away from the Palermo crowds. The staff are just so friendly and the breakfast is to die for. Morning coffee here is an emotional experience. The rooms are understated elegance. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Noise, noise, noise! Very thin, paper walls and windows. Maintanance starts early with no respect. Until midnight strong noise and yelling from the kitchen with no respect, from 6 am. strong noise from the street depending on which room you are. The wellness is extra charge, and even omletts are for charge in the incluisve breakfast.

All the ensemble of facilities in the hotel are great. The staff is helpful, there was a lack of communication between the hotel and booking but the hotel provided a solution through an upgrade.

Booking platform and the hotel did not communicate all the details - in this case, 2 beds instead of Queen bed; improvement needed - but the hotel corrected through an upgrade.

The staff are amazing. So welcoming and helpful. It was 1st class service everywhere in the hotel

It was very hot in the bedrooms. I did turn off heat. Small issue

it was comfortable and the location was close to Quattro Conti only 15 min. but away from city center.
